Northwest Ohio Fan Force Meeting #3
When: August 9, 2003 @ 2:00pm
Where: Jed's in Bowling Green, OH
Attendance:

• Tobey-Wan


• Donna


• Rholynn


• Tobey-Wan's wife and son

Minutes:

• Decided that the name of the chapter would be BLACK SWAMP SQUADRON.


• Decided the organizational structure would remain loose until we gain more members.


• Elected the following officers:
  Commanding Officer Donna
  Executive Officer Tobey-Wan
  Quartermaster Rholynn


• Determined that our next meeting will be in late Sept. with an exact date TBD.


• Assigned the following tasks:
  Looking into Recruitment ~ Donna
  Handling offical chapter details ~ Tobey-Wan
  Writing up the minutes and looking into logos and website ~ Rholynn


• Meeting was adjourned and the group walked around downtown BG and went to a gaming shop to look around.

A fun time was had by all, and we are very glad to finally becoming offical.
