    Hi, Ash!
Is that where he says Sith lords are our specialty? I can't place the scene at all. He looks slightly mischeivous

Hello :) It's in that room... But when they very first step out of the elevator. The shot is very quick and far away, you can't make out his expression but its the only time the lighting matches, and it does. Thinking it might be way zoomed in on a hd still

This is right before it, right before they step into that shaft of light... (how many times can I say the word shaft?)

He has the best, brightest shaft of light in the galaxy - it can be felt from parsecs away.

Interesting conversation about Obi-Wan's huge shaft of light on a dreary Thursday afternoon. Certainly brightened up my day!!!

I HAD thought that upon a prior posting but didn't quite dare point it out - though it points itself out well. And as usual, Obi-Wan "handles" it well.

Oh, two more days and I'm off around Australia in a Caravan. Well not totally round just up north from where I live. To the warmer weather. First stop Dubbo and then to lightning ridge going to find me an opal.[face_dancing] P.S. Going to take my internet connection with me so keep those lovely pics of Obi-Wan coming.

"I don't know what the big deal is about Soresu, Master. I prefer something faster and showier."
"Something suiting the impatience of youth, you mean."
"A style that finishes the job, Master."
"Soresu is not about finishing the job as fast as possible, Anakin. It is more important to do the job /well/."
"Huh. I think you gave up Ataru becasue you were getting too old for all those athletic maneuvers."
"On the contrary, my very young friend, accuracy and precision are far more effective in the long run than speed and brute power."
"Uh huh. You just keep on telling those choobazzi fan-ladies that."
    "I don't need to, Anakin."
    ....
"Hey! What's that supposed to mean!"

I have a question for you all: Do you think Obi-Wan should appear or make an appearance in the upcoming Star Wars: Rebels series?

Is Rebels set during the "dark times?" -- of COURSE Obi-Wan should make an appearance... though he would be relegated to a minor role, I expect. I'm guessing the point is to move focus onto other, possibly original characters. (?)

Yeah set during the Dark Times whilst Obi-Wan is hiding away on Tatooine. Though I expect he probably keeps in touch with certain people like Bail Organa. I would love for Obi-Wan to make an appearance. I'm expecting Ahsoka to show up since she has been placed in an ideal place where she could reappear.

If they have Obi-Wan appear in Rebels they should make Old Wounds canon.

Maul is still out there and it might serve as to why Owen Lars dislikes Obi-Wan so much since they never got around to addressing that in TCW. And Obi-Wan gets to keep his kill.

Oh ho, that would be fun. I'd like to see Obi-Wan jumping out from under the sand like a sarlaac and whomping on Maul. Plus the added dimension of Mandalore and Maul's "revenge" on him lends a whole new dimension to his /almost/ pay-back moment in that story.

    Oh ho!
I notice that the hostess promises him that not ONE of his devoted chapter would dream of actually harming him, which explains why I never got the invite to join. Darn pity.
