**OBIWAN-JR's Episode III Humble Pie-Eating Contest**

You know who else needs some pie? TEXAS, for the Franky theory. Although it was very thought out, I didn't believe it.

 

I am eating, rather heartily, of:

"Anakin has a second saber in The Duel" pie.

I have placed an advance order for those who wish (or need) to dine on "R2 Spycam Surprise" Pie. I hear it's tasty.

 

You know, I need some more pie.

*Eats a Yoda/Sidious Duel is Awesome! Pie*

 

Most of mine were from a while ago, but still regrettable:

- Mace gets killed by Boba pie (what the hell was I thinking).

- The Darth Maul would return by episode III pie.

- The Emperor would think Yoda was dead pie.

- Palpatine is an evil clone pie (yes, early after TPM came out I thought that, but I stopped thinking he was a clone about a year before AOTC came out).

- QUI-GON WILL BE IN ROTS pie (a little upset about that one).

- Grievous would actually be meaningful pie.

 

umm, wasnt there a toad about 2 weeks back that reported will see tons of double saber action?

or was that double saber?

 

*Digs into an "Anakin is not Darth Vader until AFTER the Duel" pie*

...Although Lucas DID say that the moment where Anakin says "I HATE YOU" is the moment where he is FULLY Vader.

*Stops Eating*

 

Is there any "Despite what Lucas said in the Ep. II DVD commentary Dooku is secretly still a good guy and is plotting to usurp Palpatine at the right moment and bring true peace and freedom to the galaxy, but Anakin kills him and thereby screws the galaxy over comepletely" pie? I need some.

 

I'll take some "Qui-Gon will be in ROTS pie." *sigh*

 

I thought Padme would wear Leia braids throughout the movie. I was wrong! I guess I'll eat hair pie.

Just to make things clearer... when you get in line for pie, the flavor of your pie is the film facts you were opposed to during spoiler season - not the name of your debunked theory.

For example, if you doubted the Death Star would appear, you will need to eat some "Death Star in ROTS" pie.

And we need to see more people coming in here. The lines are short and the pie is going to go bad if we don't start eating it.

And please remember not to throw your fork away.

Just to let Emos, Howell, and others of the select few know!

 

Whatever dude. I just wanted to see if I could get away with saying "hair pie."

 

I'll take some duel inter-cut pie, and Padme names Luke pie. I thought the duel was going to be straight through 12 minutes! I kept denying that it wasn't intercut.. oh well. I was also hoping Anakin and Padme would discuss naming the baby and Anakin would suggest Luke

 

Actually the humble pie thread is not for theories you opposed, they are for your debunked theories or opinions.

Hence JR's "Anakin will erase the Jedi Archives". He thought that was going to happen, he wasn't opposed to it.

 

Pie? I don't need any stinkin' pie!

Yeah, but he's not supposed to swallow "Anakin will erase the Jedi Archives" pie, he's got to eat a plateful of "Dooku did it" pie! A big plate. EAT IT! [face_grin]

 

Humble Pie is what you eat when you're forced to admit that you were wrong. It doesn't matter if it's something you were opposed to happening or if it was something you theorized but didn't happen.

 

Howell has been absent of late. I wonder why?

Because he made a complete fool of himself.

 

Im eating a pie here for qui gon being in episode 3 , i must say it was a HUGE letdown , im very dissapointed by all this

but i must say that everybody here HAS To eat one cuz , everybody was saying that he would at least be heard , boy were we wrong

Much like Obi Wan, we tried to help him and guide him back into the light, but in the end Howell went up in flames.

Too bad. [face_wink]

 

I'm eating a good slice of the "Anakin isn't adressed as 'Darth Vader' until he's in the suit" pie. But I must say, now that I've seen ROTS, I'm enjoying it thoroughly.

 

I will eat the whole "There are no other Jedi left at the end of Revenge of the Sith" pie. There's still no evidence of it anywhere in the movies at all (just Yoda and Obi-Wan), but Sidious seems pretty sure that Order 66 didn't get them all in the Senate when he declares the Empire.

Unless he just means Obi-Wan and Yoda as the "rest of the Jedi" he will hunt down, then I'll spit it back out.

But, I'm sure there were other stragglers out there... who were quickly hunted down by the Empire.

Lets see. I'll be pretty full after tonight.

I'll take a slice of the following.....

-"Qui-Gon appears in ROTS" pie

-"Dooku doesn't know of Palpy's master plan" pie (I'm still reeling over this one after all this time)

-"Blue vs. Red duel" pie

-"Anakin obtains the name Vader after the duel" pie

-"Palpy assumes Yoda to be dead" pie

That's about all I can think of now, but I'm sure there's more.
