G-Force was renamed to Gatchaman, I believe.

Madmartigan...all I hear in my head when I see that name is Willow yelling over and over "MADMATIGAN!" :) I have on DVD...heeh heeh hee.

STARBLAZERS! We're off to outer space, to save the human race... I loved that anime. I have the first comic version.

Ohh and Galaxy Rangers. Silverhawks. Robotech, though it's not really obscure. Thundarr the barbarian.

I could go on for hours naming cartoons/anime.

I have been wandering for the last five years (or so :) ) what the name of Silverhawks was. And good call on all those wonderful cartoons listed

Oh yeah Greatest American Hero! Who can forget the radio going from station to station to communicate. I hope SciFi Channel might have a little marathon or something

    Here's another (really) old one
    Uncle Martin (My favorite Martian)

Wow, MJA, you brought back some of my favorite stuff from when I was a kid:

V-the series and both miniseries (I think they are DVD now!)
Misfits of Science, Greatest American Hero...Sci-Fi really needs to bring some of this stuff back! :)

Anybody remember Space: Above and Beyond?

And of course, (although not really all that obscure, but one of my favs) Battlestar Galactica.

Ooh, and Highlander (the original series, not the one with just Amanda [face_plain]).

    Good stuff.

Galaxy Rangers! Wow, I use to watch that every day. Till they cancelled it. :(

Hey how about some cheesy Sci Fi like Krofft Superstars: Land of the Lost, Wonderbug, Lost Saucer, and Electrawoman and Dynagirl (now that's real cheesy), oh and Dr. Shrinker.

oh, but the cheesiest of them all Ed Wood's Plan 9 From Outer Space.

Wooo I was too old for Underoos.

I think the name of an old comedy-scifi was "Space Nuts" It had Ruth Buzzy in it. It was a pair of astronauts flying around in an old Apollo type capsul.

I had the old blue Darth Vader Underoos which were cool.

But what wasn't cool was when I was in the sixth grade at winter camp and my mom had bought me these long green Yoda Underoo Thermals. How imbarrassing...

I had Wonder Woman Underoos TOO!!! (as if that's a surprise to anyone.) Those ROCKED!! My sister and I would run around in them for hours - my mom would even make us crowns out of cardboard and tin foil. Oh yes, that was da bomb!!

This reminds me of the night that me, Capn_Howdy and True Dave sat there having a huge reminiscing war at the registration table in line. WOOHOO!!! Good times... :D

I think I've got my X-Wing pilot underoos packed up still somewhere. I've got a picture here of me wearing the shirt as just a normal shirt to school one day.
