Today is Pi day! It will be Pi time at 1:59 PM and 27 seconds. Celebrate with a piece of apple pie and a slice of cheese on top.

 

Yay, happy pi day! Wish I could have the pie, but not on my diet.

Why the cheese on top?

 

For super tasty goodness. I learned about it from my brother-in-law and have had it once. It was pretty dang good with cheddar cheese. If you make it ala mode, you can't taste the cheese, typically.

Perhaps it's a Midwest/Wisconsin thing?

Ok, now it really is Monday. Crap.

 

Monday-in-Tues-clothing, I wish you had not come. And I hit the snooze for an hour, so I don't have time for the gym.

 

today feels like a monday x10. first day back after vacation...gratefully, only a two day week

 

I hate Mondays.

The only redeeming thing about this Monday is that I'll only have a 4 day workweek and will see you guys on Friday.

 

When it rains, it pours... If you have any spare good thoughts, I'd appreciate a few for my grandfather, who was admitted to the hospital today.

 

Somehow during the night while sleeping, my mind thought it was still sunday and that I had another morning to sleep in. Then the alarm went off and I remembered it was Monday. Oh, the cruelty.

 

Monday, again. Bummer.

 

Oh weekend, I hardly knew ye, and now you are gone.

This is the last Monday in my current job. I start a new job in the organization next week.
