Ohio October meeting

Well, its only a couple of weeks away. I think its time to start talking about the October meeting.

How is October 3rd; 7pm

Tobey? Scott? That date work for you? How about everyone else?
Any preferences on Location?

 

Maumee or Perrysburg are both good places to start with.

I'll be there pending anything coming up before then.

 

There's a Boston Market in Maumee that might be a good place for a meeting...

I should be good for 10/03. Anywhere on Airport Highway is good.

 

That date looks ok now. On Airport highway there is a Chilis there, and a place called Brewhouse, despite the name, it's a good family place, both immediately west of the highway exit. The Brewhouse is never overcrowded nor is Chilis. I think there's a Boston market as well, but not sure.

 

if memory serves me right isn't there a Joe's Crab shack on Airport highway? I remember that when I was working at RPS (now Fedex) on Reyonlds Rd. Not sure what that has meet potential never been there myself but it might work if people like sea food.

 

I think there is but I've never been either.

 

Yeah, there's a Joe's on Airport. It's between the I475 exit and Reynolds (I think I have the street names right).

 

Joe's Crab Shack is between Holland-Sylvania and Reynolds on Airport Highway.

Pretty much across the street from TGIF's.

 

Okay, looks like we have some places in mind. We better settle on one of 'em. I'm open to whatever basically.

SOunds like there is a lot of excitement about Joe's. YOu guys wanna do it there?

 

I would be all for Joe's. It has a big open dining room that would work very well for a large group.

 

I am glad to hear Joe's is still there. I never went when I was going to school at BGSU just heard about it from an old gf that went there every so often. I haven't been to Airport Hi-way in 8 yrs so I have no idea what is left. I do know Krispy Kreme has been closed for a while. lol

Hi I was talking and a couple of people have said Joe's was closed. I guess it closed like 3 months ago. I tired the number out of the phone book it no longer in servos. I did Map quest and found it?s still listed were at the same place as I know about but they gave me the same number that no longer in servos. Just thought people like to know. There a firday's near their or what ever people like to do.

Well, there's still a lot of places on Airport. Friday's or Chili's sounds good!

Since today is Friday, I would say Friday's sounds good.

Joe's closed. darn I guess I should come back home more often. lol For now on I won't suggest meeting spots for yall. I do feel silly for suggesting it now.

 

That's okay. The rest of us thought it was still there, too.

I have talked my twin brother in to comming this evening so it will be fun. Its not that hard to tell us a part sincce I'm the bigger one of the two. ( a little bigger around the chest and arms)I'm going to try and get him to sing up on the borads.

 

Chewy might not make it--that's a long way to go
