Sac, CA OCTOBER MEETING?

Since it looks like we're getting too close for this weekend, howabout the 21st?

What say the Rogues? LDV?

 

I am flying out of Sacramento (on vacation to see my mama in Illinois) this Saturday morning and will not return until the afternoon of the 22nd.

Guess that means I wouldn't make it either weekend.

 

Hmmmmm when will you be back there Rogue 12?

 

When will we be going to the meetings on the 2nd Saturday of each month? After we approve the by-laws? That would help to cut down on scheduling confusion.

 

I arrive in St Louis this Saturday afternoon. Am spending the night there with my sister and nephew, and we are going to dinner with friends. Then Sunday, the 15th, I will be driven over to my mom's in Springfield, IL and stay for 1 week. I will arrive back in Sacto on the 22nd.

Edit: p.s. Rogues 13 and 25 are staying home and will be available for meetings.

 

And i happen to have this weekend off too! XD

What time is the meeting? I work swing so was wondering if you do the meetings in the mornings or night. I cant get the Day off work till November after that.

I wish I could say "yea" or "nay" on meetings. My plans are so up-in-the-air right now I can't plan more than a few days in advance.
I haven't even had time to type those dang minutes from last month. I'll get right on that tonight...promise!!!

Boba and I are both down for the Ren Faire also. Boba owes Nasus one. The 21st works for us also. How would we work the meeting into the outing? Maybe we could meet closer to the event at an earlier time?

I love Ren Faires. However, I'm not sure if I will be up to going as far as Folsom this weekend. Been kind of a burn-out week for me. However, I'll keep open to the possibility of going; so for a it's a maybe for right now. If we do decide to meet in between for a meeting somewhere, that I can probably make. I'll contact you by tomorrow and let you know about the Ren Faire.

[REPOST]: Okay after being notified of my "humorous" post, due to my heavily medicated state, I have revised my post and I believe now have it right.

The meeting on the 21st will go on as scheduled, in the same location as always unless someone has a better idea? The meeting will be at 1PM. Please bring your copy of the By-Laws and Mission Statement. We will be discussing the rules and and other regulations in order to finalize the written laws of the SVRF.

I'd rather do them on separate days (meeting Sat, Faire Sun), just spread the fun out a little. *shrugs* just my .02 credits.

 

I will be working Saturday the 21st at 530pm. This shouldn't interfere with the meeting, but I will be unable to do much of anything else, I suppose.

I agree that doing it in 2 days is better. Will be at the meeting at 1:00 on Saturday and at the Faire on Sunday with anyone that is going. We'll have to coordinate schedules at the meeting. Can you make that an agenda item LDV. That way we alott enough time to get the plans made. I am so excited. It will be my first faire and I have been wanting to go to one for so long.
