Ohio October Meeting

Speaking of costuming, any interest in getting together in October? Open to any and all ideas.

I suppose, since it seemed most likely to be held at your place Shull, that you should give as an idea of dates that work well for you and we can proceed from there.

 

Yeah, you'll know best what days your home may or may not be available.

BTW, looking for cheap costume ideas!

 

I think the weekend of the 25th we talked about. Depending on what we want to do, we could have just our group all night. Or we could do our group for a couple of hours and then open it up to all comers and try to recruit those closet scifi'ers if that is our goal. Really what ever the group wants to do is Ok with us.


PS If you all say you're coming and don't show... I will know why.

 

25th or 26th? 26th is the Friday. That works for us.

 

I do like the Friday the 26th as well! It appears me and my epI obi-wan costume are requested at a function on the 27th.

 

26th is good for me and my Tobey costume...

 

26th works for me as well. I just have to try and get my custome done by then.

 

Kim's parents arrive on the 26th but we are still planning on doing this. Its the only day of the weekend that works for us.

 

Let's plan on the 26th. I'll supply everything as far as food and beverages. All we need is a time frame and head count. I will send out a directions to those who need it as the date approaches.

Tobey don't worry, I'm providing food, drinks, and stuff to look at. My NON HOME MADE costume will have to do as well. If they boot you I'll have to go with you.

We won't be able to make it--the family stuff has become more involved than we originally thought it would.
(No, this wasn't some meager 'back-at-ya' plan )

Anybody have thoughts on any possible Xmas or New Year get-together?

 

This does not seem to be a good week. I have to get my two top wisdom teeth pulled this week. I don't ooothink I will be able to come either sorry. But I'm up for an X-mas party or something as well hope you guys have fun.

 

I don't mind having a party for Tobey. Afterall he deserves one for always being there when I'm not. However, in light of that, we can push this activity to Nov/Dec. It's up to you Tobey, or unless there are others who were planning on coming?

I am glad that the party never took place last Friday, I knew I couldn't make it, but I'd never gotten my RSVP back. I hope that the date works out for Nov or Dec. as I'd love to come to a party at Darth Shull's.

We are wide open for a nov/dec party. Would love to host if the group is ok with that.

I believe the only date that doesn't work for us is friday 11/23.
