    No. It's much worse, actually.

    brade trin

Is that something to do with girls hair?

Its an ok film, not great, i liked it better the second time i watched it.

Personally I think Ryan Reynolds is the best thing about it. HHH proved wrestlers just can't act.

By the way. Look at your icon.
Talk about trying to convey something that isn't there.

What's wrong with my icon? No one else on this particular forum of these boards is currently using it. But I suppose you expect Dorkman to be short and blue, and have oversized, pointy ears, too?

    Wait . . . not going there.

    Don't wanna know.

    Just nevermind.

    I just upgraded to 3GB RAM and a Geforce 6800 from 256MB RAM and a Geforce2.

    Whoa, what a difference.

I installed DirectX FROM MS's site. They ran some sort of verification to ensure I was using a valid OS. It installed Adware on my machine!

Niiiiiiice... Took me about an hour to manually remove all the crap it put in.

Friggin Microsoft is allowing this to happen, people. And you all wonder why I think they are evil?

Well DV.. you're just not attractive, dude. Though, after watching that movie earlier.. you may not be stuck that way.

But there's still hope! :-B Well, ok maybe not.

IIRC, Adam is on the steps of the universirty in the flashback scene with Smith being dorky.

Hmm, I'll have to look again.

I think DVeditor should be our official "n00b welcoming commitee". He does it so well.

You're just NOW seeing a trend? ;) I just like to remember when I was that way...

...bah, I probably still am that way come to think of it. Oh well. Just trying to be nice.

He's like me, save for the polite bit.

    Cheers, Fig.

But I suppose you expect Dorkman to be short and blue, and have oversized, pointy ears, too?

Not going to touch that one lol.

    Whoa, what a difference.

Difference? More like hyperspace vs. walking.

This is what happens when my computer won't work for a day because I moved it from one room to the other. Darn Microsoft products. :p

    Dangit! I missed my shot!

By just a couple of days!

    And a few thousand dollars!

    Okay, like, forty.

Corrin... interesting. How was that done? It's obviously not the final product from the film, because I see squibs going off without shots being fired.

Weird coincidence that someone should mention Blade Trinity since I just rented it yesterday. The second one is definitely better. Seriously, Ryan Reynolds was the only thing keeping me going. I have a long list of complaints.

Did anyone watch the bonus stuff where Goyer talks about his original idea for the third film? He wanted to set it many years in the future where the vampires have taken over, so Blade and a few humans are a small resistance force. Quite Terminator-esque, but it would have been much cooler than what they did make.

I'm of the firm belief that if they don't bring Frost back, a blade film will never be good again.

I don't care how they do it. It's worth it.

Yes, but none of us want to play with you.

As for Frost: Why? He wasn't a particularly cool villian. Pretty standard stuff, really.

Out of curiosity, and still on the topic of half-vampire movies, did anyone see Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust?

Frost was the best Villian ever. And it worked really awesomely with blade's character.

    also, Consoles suck.

    ::puts thread in reverse::

    Actually, I really like DVEditor.

    As do I.
That was kind of my point.

    Think of it this way:

You're a n00b. (Hard to imagine, but bear with me.)
    You love Star Wars.
You think lightsabers are the coolest thing since Legolas stabbing an orc in the face, than shooting another one with that same arrow.
You want to make a Fanfilm, and you have a ton of ideas.
You know very little about filmmaking.

Wow, this is turning into a rant. Alright, cutting to the chase:

Who would you rather have greet you?

    Just something to think about.
I'm tellin ya, mods. He'd be good at it.

I gotta admit, that's a moment that still makes me geek out.

    Heh, totally.

And John... don't get me started.

I wish I could go back in time and kill the guy who came up with the concept of "time".

    Paradox like woah.
