Okay everybody. Here's the place to come if you want to sing the praises of the mighty Wampa. Go ahead Joe, get busy.

 

That new & upcoming deluxe Wampa looks frickin' awesome!!!! It even comes with part of the tauntaun corpse to snack on & cave parts.

I'd like to see the Wampa in person. I'd like to open the Wampa. I'd like to pose the Wampa.

He'll keep my original yellowing not-yet-Cloroxed Wampa and my POTJ Wampas (wampi?) company.

He can babysit my micro collection die-cast Wampa and the micro machines Pizza Hut Wampa.

My beanbag Wampa from a couple of years ago can watch and help out as needed.

Hey, I've heard that they have finally decided on a name for Ep III. It's going to be called "Rise of the Wampa".

 

That sounds nasty.

 

So, I finally went to see American Wedding tonight. It was pretty good. However, unless you're a rabid fan of Alyson Hannigan (like myself) then you'ld probably be just as happy waiting for it to come out on video.

Like I said, it was good, but not as good as the first two. It did teach me something very important though: love is shaving your balls.

 

Well, continuing with my post from yesterday, I offer you another piece of wisdom today.

Activists are more violently opposed to fur than leather because it's safer to harass rich women than it is to harass motorcycle gangs.

 

Do they harass them by shaving their nether regions???

I wonder what a shorn Wampa looks like? Probably like Salacious Crumb or a mutated Ugnaught.... groovy.

In Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back, Vader is talking to Ozzel.

He seems to want to go to Hoth pretty badly. Oh sure, he gives the excuse that "Skywalker" is there and gives the command to set course for the Hoth system.

We know why he wanted to go to Hoth. Just look at the title of this thread...

 

Yep, he just wanted to lay eyes on the mighty Wampa.

Remember, no matter where you go, there you are.

 

Lucas should put the scene in about the Rebels on Hoth rounding up the Wampas and locking them in that room. Later C-3PO rips the "caution: Wampas inside" sign off the door and Snowtroopers get a fatal surprise.

Not only should that scene be added (the one where the Wampa is killed inside the base should NOT be added - a WAMPA DIED!!!! DIED!!!) but it should be extended so Vader calms the Wampas through the Force and feeds them out of a golden bowl.

(The golden bowl idea came from an early script for one of the movies where Vader was shown in his castle on a sea of lava where he feeds gargoyles from a bowl.)

Truely a shame. You would think that PETA would have gotten invovled and done something. If the Empire was afraid of anyone, it was PETA.
