CVI Official accomodation thread

My best friend convince me to change from the Rosen Plaza and go with the Embassy Suites Jamican court. Sure its 1 mile out or about a 30 min walk but he will have his car and there are many shuttle bus's that go close to the hotel. Everything made more since to change,Cheaper room rate..bigger room..free Hot Breakfast..free Wi-Fi...Free booze every night ..airport shuttle was even cheaper.
He stayed there last time and loved it.

 

I'm going to try to stay at the Peabody again. It was a great hotel even with the remodel taking place. Great customer service, clean, fantastic location, and it was great that it had a 24 hour restaurant (perfect for late night dining post convention). Overall, I had a great time and even got to meet Jay Laga'aia.

The Peabody has some sold out dates right now. I'm hoping that they will open up more rooms soon. The hotel is huge but it seems like they only have a few rooms blocked out. What's up with that!

Oh well, I'm sure it will work out.

 

Hate to sounds like a nag but can you add me to the Econo lodge inn and suites? I may be going solo on this and would love to maybe chill out with other fans who are staying at the same place.

Didnt get the Hotel I wanted but at least I got one! Put me down for The Hilton plz! If the one I want opens up more rooms I'll change, but for now....The Hilton.

Was hoping for the Peabody to open up, but with the Disney stuff opening up this weekend will be staying at the Rosen Plaza once again.

So please change Maulfly and myself to the Rosen Plaza, please.

I stayed at the Rosen Plaza during C5. It was booked when I checked on Saturday. Ya'll will like it!

 

I stayed at the Peabody Orlando last year for Celebration V. Great place to stay at and it is right across from the Convention center. Just booked my room to stay there again for CVI!

Oh, and should I mention the Peabody has an awesome jacuzzi to rest your bones after the con. Now that felt good! hehe

 

I just booked my room at the Red Roof Inn. I'm planning to cancel and get a room at the Rosen Centre, but all of the reserved rooms in this preorder block are full. So I guess I'm just going to keep trying every day. I stayed at Hawthorn Inn last time. It was a fantastic place for a great price, but it was a 20 minute drive each day, I still had to pay for parking, and I swear I was the only CV guest at my hotel; I want to be closer this time.

 

Sorry to be a right pain in the backside!! Can you change QuiGonObi2 to the Rosen Plaza Please ? I am UK FF btw

For CV I stayed with the NH Mandolorians at the Vista Cay about a mile from the venue. I'd love to do that again. Condos were really cool, and large enough for about 8 people.
