    Saw it ::)

Was just about to post here with that little update tidbit.

Also- nice catch about Boba Fett #1 confirming the film evidence of 6 gunships leaving the arena.

While this thread is up, might want to tell you that in a recent EP3 post note, they made mention that they were putting Pablo-Jill on the Jedi Council for EP3. Thus he survived. Since he's all computer animation, there won't be any name changing to his character since they can make him look exactly the same as he was in AOTC. Of course they could change their minds later on. But there's no need since the EU hasn't killed him off or anything.

    So Pablo-Jill lives.

They also made mention that they might put Even Piell and Oppo Rancisis back on the council again. So if any future source says they went to Geonosis, then you'll know they probably survived.

2ndquest I was wondering where u got your information from on several Jedi. What are your references regarding:

    Galdos Stouff (unknown species)
    Khaat Qiyn (Human female, presumably)
    Sta-Den-Eekin (Klatoonian)
    Tu'ala (Human)
    (among others)

I also wanted to point out the confusion regarding the Nikto Jedi in the white robe. He has been named Fi'ek Sirch by Insider, Sirch Fi-Ek by the official site, and Fi-Ek Sirch by Hasbro and the Cedco calendar. I'm going with hasbro and the calendar, because the official site also refers to Bant Eerin and Eerin Bant. So go figure.

Two other Jedi Knights were named in the calendar. Lumas Etima (human) and Que-Mars Redath-Gom (weequay). Not many people know about them, but Hasbro used Lumas' picture for the front of their Jedi Army clone wars figure pack.

Wow!! A lot of history on this thread. Pablo Jill is on the council so that means we might see his background death! Too bad Eeth koth died!

I *think* the first two were mentioned in the Worlds of AOTC book, but I could be wrong on that (been awhile!). I don't recall the source on the third offhand, I'll have to look that up. Tu'ala was in a short story in an issue of SW Tales (while technically infinities, I don't see the harm in attributing her as one of the unknowns).

Got a link on the Pablo tidbit?

    Sorry,

we can't end this thread on such a lack luster comment. "sceneless" come on! It has it's moments , but could have shown more prominent jedi (plo koon, tinn, luminara) fighting!

Do you mean it was senseless?

I hate to think what everyone will say after most the Jedi die in the next film.

    You mean "seamless"?

I really liked the way Coleman Trebor went out, actually - it was very unexpected and showed off Jango nicely. :D

I agree. I just wish he didn't have to die.

I mean sceneless. I heard it on a commentary once and now I always say it.

    You mean scentless? Because it's true that our technology isn't up to the Futurama-esque standard of Smell-O-Vision. 8-}

I know what you meant, doctor yoda.

Whom of the Jedi Council members was in the battle. I know that Depa Bilapa, Even Piell and Oppo Rancasis was on Coruscant or in mission. I think the rest was in, is that right.

BTW Saesee Tiin didn't die during Battle of Geonosis. He probably dies during EPIII or during the CW.

Who do you think will be in the Jedi Council in Episode III.

    Yoda
    Ki-Adi Mundi
    Plo Koon
    Saesee Tiin
    Adi Gallia
    Even Piell
    Oppo Rancasis

Is the ones now, if Lucas has read Shatterpoint he maybe respects that Depa Bilba is in coma.

Luminara and Barriss Offee do survive as we see them in the Clone Wars cartoon. And the Jedi Jango blasts off the balcony is called Coleman Trebor.

Since when was Quinlan Vos in the battle of Geonosis? I got the impression that he was in his little fringe intelegence gathering thing. In the comic, "Sacrafice" he says "I've been out here for 2 years, and I knew nothing about what was being planed on Geonosis." If he was out on the fringe for 2 years, putting together this intelegence network, then I doubt he was one of the "Jedi we have" that Mace was talking about.

Saessee Tinn was in the Cartoon as well. I just wish that Plo Koon would have been in it.

i don't think that Eeth Koth was at the battle, only Agen Kolar. Inside the worlds of AOTC is wrong, because it also says Sora Bulq died too
