I really love the sound of the spinning sabers when Grievous is fighting. It sounds so intense and powerful.

And the good times continue... :D

That one was jam packed. At least 4 major storylines.

Really great camraderie between Anakin and Obi-Wan, very much in character.

Shouldn't Padme be visably pregnant by now? She didn't look it.

And is it just me or does the Grevious voice sound alot like Vader at times?

    that was another solid episode.

I agree that tomorrows looks like it is going to be even better.

Did we see when Anakin got the scar? Did I just completly miss it?

    Too many jumps in time.

Though I am currently downloading the episode from HS, I can tell you that Anakin received his facial scar from Asajj Ventress in the industrial section of Coruscant in SW:Republic #71.

Asajj apparently falls to her death. Or so Anakin believes, Obi-Wan feels she is still alive, and thus sparks SW:eek:bsession.

Obi-Wan: "What an incredible smell you've discovered!" [face_laugh]

Good to see that line again.

The scar on Anakin's face wasn't explained during the cartoon.

This episode was pretty good, a little slower than yesterday's but they had to cover A LOT of plot buildups.

I really enjoyed how Dooko was teaching Grevious how to use a lightsaber. Gives the count some more character development (since the movies barely touch him) and also explains how Grevious knows what the hell he's doing twirling such a weapon.

I actually enjoyed that Chapter much more than Chapter 21.

Nice to see some space combat in there, a little taste of what we'll see in ROTS.

Too many OT references for me.

We had "impressive...most impressive" last time.

This time we had: "What an incredible smell you've discovered", "I've got a bad feeling about this", and "there are alternatives to fighting". Seems a little tacked on to me, but still fun I suppose.

The Dooku/Grievous fight was very cool, nice to see how hunched over Grievous is. His voice is reminiscent of Vader, no doubt.

Obi-Wan is cool. I love when Commander Cody flies down and reports. [face_laugh]

The last scene in the forest reminded me maybe a little too much of the first part of the Anakin/Asajj fight from Season One, but that's nitpicking.

I wonder if any of those worlds that were conquered will be shown in ROTS?

The scar on Anakin's face wasn't explained during the cartoon.

You know, at this point, I'm a little suprised they didn't try to explain it. Or maybe they did, and it turns out that there actually was at least a little bit of communication with LFL after all.

Does anyone know the timeline of this season's CW? This doesn't seem to flow with Labyrinth of Evil, especially if the invasion of Coruscant is next episode as advertised.

There's some discussion of that going on the Lit. forum. These things are having to be divided up scene by scene!

About the Padme pregnant thing.. I thought that that scene was the last time they would see each other for 5 months.. so if that's right than she would only be around 2 months pregnant which is not visible at all, and some women don't even know that they are pregnant yet so that would explain why she didn't tell Anakin then. But I thought that whole part was kind of confusing.. But a great episode, it was a lot less cheesy than 21.

They're putting them online and I don't have to dredge through the Internet underground looking for Tivoed?

Dredging through the internet underground is not so hard if you know where to look (two words: bit torrent). I have the first two episodes in very high quality and will acquire the remaining three the same way.

You're right leelee, she would only be a couple months pregnant. And that probably is the last time they'll see each other until the events of Episode III.

It's just weird that Anakin's hair got so long in such a short time. He was Knighted after the events in Jedi Trial, which is 6 months before ROTS. So his hair had to grow that long in like a month.

    Maybe he used the Force?:D

I'm not even going to bother trying to figure out how the Clone Wars timeline works right now, just enjoying the ride.

Am I the only one who isn't bothered by lack of continuity in a cartoon?

I don't really like this one, but the official fix is that Anakin had a topknot & he let his hair down after he was knighted. It's pretty obvious that the thing is a ponytail and not a topknot, but hey, what can you do. The Tasty one hath spoken.

Yeah the timeline is reeeally screwy.

Didn't we begin at 5 months yesterday, and now suddenly we're right at LoE?

And Obi-Wan and Anakin were not on whatever planet they're on during this same time in LoE, they were going after Dooku.

Ah well, it was still good by itself.

Fancy pants Windu there, quite impressive... seems like something Anakin would do.

And I'm a fan of shirtless Anakin in any medium.

The dialog was quite good this time too.

The space battle stuff was pretty cool. And Mace is cool in these cartoons. But I think he was in the wrong place at the wrong time, wasn't he? And the arrival of Grievous at the Chancellor's office was not how it went down in the book, right?

doesnt LoE fall under EU whereas the cartoon is more cannon being that its brought to us through LucasFilm??

So the events of LoE really arent relevant to the cartoon
