There's not a whole lot other than Neimodian Warriors and Polis Massan on the pegs around here (Michigan).

I did a figure run to town today and here it is Palpy #35 and the Clone Pilot. Polis Massan hasn't been on the pegs long enough yet to qualify.

The Neimoidian Warrior is everywhere around here, and with good reason. That figure sucks. So now there'll be two versions of it falling off the shelves.[face_plain]

No Cody? Ugh. I'm pretty happy with everything I saw other than Hasbro stuff. They keep getting worse and worse, except for the Titanium line, which I think is pretty cool. The Boba Fett figure from the new Titanium figure line is great.

I think the Nemomodian warrior is a pretty good figure, I just don't think we need two of them.

I'm surprised they kept up the collection I and II stuff. It isn't really needed anymore and they cut it out of the Saga line. Why keep it in this line?

GH updated with a sort of who is getting what as far as exclusives:

Exclusives Update - Big K Gets Temple Assault Pack
    7/14/2005 2:09:03 PM | Reported by Adam_May

This afternoon we have an update to several exclusive toys due out between now and autumn. Shockingly, K-Mart has managed to score one of the coolest exclusives of the year, while Wal*Mart and Target stores beef up their already robust lines of preferred stock items.

    KB Toys

? Revenge of the Sith Collector Set ($39.99 ? Available: August)

    K-Mart

? Jedi Temple Assault Battle Pack ($19.99 ? Available: July)

    Target

? Star Wars Cups with Figure: Princess Leia, Darth Vader, and Stormtrooper ($12.99 ? Available: July)
? Star Wars Collector Cases 5-Pack ($9.99 ? Available: July)
? Anakin Skywalker (Lava Reflection) ($11.99 ? Available: October ? Limited Edition: 50,000)
    ? Obi-Wan Kenobi (Lava Reflection) ($11.99 ? Available: October ? Limited Edition: 50,000)
? Star Wars Micro Vehicles ($5.99 ? Available Now)

    Toys'R'Us

? Imperial Forces Hoth Battle Pack ($19.99 ? Available: August)

? The Emperor (Holographic) ($9.99 ? Available: August)

    ? Plo Koon's Jedi Starfighter ($19.99 ? Available: August)
    ? Obi-Wan Kenobi's Jedi Starfighter ($19.99 ? Available: August)

    Wal*Mart

? Titanium Series 3" Die Cast Vehicles ($4.99 ? Available: Now)

? Titanium Series 3" Die Cast Vehicles Gift Set ($19.99 ? Available Now)
? Titanium Series 6" Ultra Die Cast Vehicles ($19.99 ? Available: October)

The "expanded" lava reflection series sounds kind of cool but I don't really like the prices Target puts on them. Eh, I got their other two exclusives so I'm sure I'll get those two.

I think it's just left over from the original release at this point...if you look at the lineup it doesn't even follow the standards they used previously for the two collections. They're just going through the motions.

For example Passel Argente and Cat Miin will both sport no action features or major acessories and come with a base, which means they should be Collection 2 rather than 1. Meanwhile the Wookiee and Trooper that are in the Collection 2 wave are repaints of figures that were originally Collection 1.

I do want to point out one thing on the numbers though...anyone think Hasbro missed an opportunity for a fun little reference by not using the #66 slot for the "Tactical Ops Trooper". It seems like an obvious one to me, and all it would've taken was swapping his number with Plo Koon. I guess they have no sense of subtlety or humor though.

Nice catch. I wish Hasbro paid more attention to how they number their figures, but apparently they don't, and they haven't since they started numbering their figures with the Saga line.

Oh, and the "Cat Miin - Shu Mai's aide" label pretty much confirms why that figure has breasts. :p

Exactly my thought...if the numbers are that much of an afterthought (and clearly they are)...why do they even bother using them? They serve no real purpose in the grand scheme of things.

Ok I'm still not getting your obsession with the breasts on that figure. Its still just a repaint even if they gave it a diffrent name.

And didn't the original figure have breasts anyway...seriously, not a topic worth much discussion.

It may have... I don't own the first one from the screen scene. To be honest I'm not sure whether Shu Mai was male or female. I always assumed male.

And weezer... no, I'm not obsessed with Cat Miin's breasts. I've got my own to worry about. :p

Ah I see. Shu Mai is a female. And the new figure like all of the other "new" figures from the last 12 are just straight repaints. Its just blue instead of red. Otherwise excact same figure.

Those smooth talkers from Hasbro did their annual ComicCon presentation and Q&A to let fans know what they've got in store for the rest of 2005 and the beginning of 2006. Our Galactic geek squad was there to get the skinny for you, our readers, and they file the following report.

    Target Exclusive Stealth Clone Trooper.
Target Exclusive Clone Attack on Coruscant with five Clone Troopers on a Republic Gunship backdrop.
Wal*Mart Exclusive Cinemacast Darth Vader based on Revenge of the Sith.
Wal*Mart Exclusive Separation of the Twins: Bail Organa with Leia; Obi-Wan Kenobi with Luke coming this fall.

The Saga Collection will see the return of the classic black and silver packaging.

Wave 1: Leia Boushh, Han Solo in Carbonite, and Bib Fortuna all three are new sculpts. Waves will be themed based on battles and settings. All of the figures will have bases with the characters' names on them.

The Unleashed line is on hiatus.

All of the repaints that were shown by GalacticHunter earlier this week have been officially confirmed by Hasbro.

The "Blue Clone" from the 501st Legion will be based on the #41 Super Articulated Clone Trooper, but it will be given a new number and designated as the Special Operations Clone Trooper.

Unleashed Battle Packs of two-inch figures. Battle of Kashyyk contains two Wookie Warriors, Aayla Secura, and Yoda. The second set will be comprised of four Clone Commanders, different pauldrons. These pieces will be on shelves in December. 75% of the line are troop builders. Sets will be priced at $9.99 each. The figures will have limited articulation. They will encompass the "spirit" of the Unleashed line. Wave two will consist of more Clone Troopers and Wookiee Warriors.

Good to hear that we will be getting Obi-Wan with baby Luke, and Bail with baby Leia. It's even better since I have like 3 Wal-Marts within 15 minutes of each other, and I don't have to drive a good bit like I do when I need to go to Toys-R-Us, or Target.

Yep, its good to see there are finaly going to be some Wal-mart exclusives that don't suck.

I suppose that the Vader they are speaking of is going to be one of the 3 3/4 die cast.

Its going to be cool to get the twins.

I'll be looking forward to see what a Target exclusive stealth trooper. I get a feeling its going to be an all black repaint.

Edit: I guess the Vader isn't going to be a 3 3/4 die cast. Its going to be a 10" figure. Here is more on the Hasbro q&a from Rebelscum:

    Comic-Con: Habro Presentation
Posted by Curto on July 15, 2005:

One of the things we always look forward to at any convention is Hasbro's slideshow and Q&A session. This year is no exception, as Hasbro shows off their remaining 2005 products and what's in store for 2006.

    Slideshow:
As reported earlier, this year will see 12 more Revenge of the Sith figures, bringing the total number in the line to 68.

Attacktix will see a second wave of 30 figures released this fall (many of which are on display), and another 30 in January. The plan is to release a new set every 3-4 months.

Just in time for Halloween will be a Darth Vader costume kit, that will contain the Darth Vader lightsaber. If you've been wondering why the Vader lightsabers have been hard to find lately, it's because Hasbro had to pull many of them off the shelves for this kit.

Much to the regret of its many fans, the Unleashed 7" line will go on hiatus. The reason is that is was just too expensive to make, and didn't really seel weel enough to justify the cost. However, the line will continue in a new series of 2" Unleashed Battle Packs, which will be sold in 4-figure sets. The majority of these sets will be army builder characters (lots of clones and wookiees were shown) with limited posability, sell for $9.99, and the first wave should be out in December. They were hoping to bring them to the con and show them off, but well, someone apparently forgot to bring them.

    Exclusives:
If you thought you'd seen a lot of exclusives from Hasbro so far at Comic-Con, just wait...there's more where those came from!

Straight from the Expanded Universe will be a Stealth Clone Trooper, painted black and grey, and will be super-articulated. Target exclusive.

Clone Attack on Coruscant is now confirmed to be a Target exclusive. Lots of Clones!

A 10" Cinemacast Darth Vader figure will be a Wal-Mart exclusive.

Entertainment Earth will present Astromech Droids in 5-packs.

K-Mart will have 2 exclusive Battle Packs.

A pair of exclusives with a similar theme: The Separation of the Twins. Obi-Wan Kenobi with a baby Luke. Bail Organa with a baby Leia. Coming to Wal-Mart late 2005.

StarWarsShop.com will get the Japanese remote control R2-D2.

    The Saga Collection:
As previously reported by our spies, Hasbro is going back the OTC style of cards, and also returning to themed waves based on battles or scenes. Dubbed The Saga Collection, this line will be focused on the collectors (no action features?) and will be a balance of core and minor background characters.

The cardbacks will be the popular black-and-silver design, movie scene, and the name of the film on the front of the card. Each figure will also include stand that not only have the name of the film on the bottom, but also the name of the characters. Looks pretty cool.

The initial wave will be a Battle of Carkoon theme and will include new figures: Leia as Boushh, Han Solo in Carbonite, and Bib Fortuna, who is said to have more articulation than you'd expect.

The second wave will be based on Hoth, although the characters were not announced, it was said that there will be some characters that have not been seen in this scale before.

A Sandtrooper was shown in the new packaging, so you can bet a Tatooine wave will be part of thie new line. Looks pretty cool.

    Q&A:
    Star Wars Transformers? No comment.

What about new vehicles/playsets? Same answer as always...they are just too expensive. If new vehicles are released, we'll only see repaints of previ

Close, weezer. It's black and grey. GalacticHunter has [link=http://www.galactichunter.com/absoluteig/gallery.asp?categoryid=3654]pictures[/link] up from the Q&A Session.

My thoughts: Stealth Clone looks cool, as do the first wave of '06 figures. While I'm still not happy about the cancellation of the Unleashed line, the new 2" figures look kinda cool. It'd be nicer if they had more main characters to go along with the army builders, though. And as far as the Wal-Mart baby exclusives, I'm worried that we'll get an already existing Bail and Obi-Wan along with a generic baby. I hope I'm wrong, as those two sets have great potential.
