The previous list is NOT being used so even if you had submitted changes in the last few months/year, Elaine is starting completely over.

Elaine has been working hard at assembling the list and will be senidn git out shortly. If your information is not on the list and you wan tto be included, please do so asap. Please do not wait to hear that the list was dispersed and request that you be added, thus creating more work and delaying the information to be communicated with the rest of the group.

 

It's been 4 days since last call. Lets wrap this up and distribute. Elaine can you forward for proofing?

Yes, it was distributed by Chris a while back, but I will send you another in an email. Chris will be making a couple of changes and re-sending his copy shortly.

I need a change of email for my contact info. Should I send a mass email to everyone? Elaine, should I just pm you the new one and you will update on the contact list?

 

We had planned to send out a new list sometime after the recruitment mtg. If you want to do an email for now, that's ok too.
