He emphasizes "survived" with a wondrous level of disgust that makes me smile every time.

 

I love the delivery of that as well. Man, the Sith and Imperials are so awesome in the films.

I love the grin he gives at the end of that line. And also the grin he gives after he says, "power to save Padme." Both times he's basically saying, "Yeah, I've got this guy right where I want him."

Interesting but I'd disagree. The theme doesn't fit the scene and it doesn't make Sidious seem more evil to me. Of course, I'm probably one of the only ones that doesn't buy he's the most horrible being in SW.

 

Yeah, it definitely changes the tone. So CA, who's the most horrible being in SW in your opinion?

 

I don't have a personal worst being in SW, DMA. I simply don't buy the usual views that many have that Sidious, Dooku, and Tarkin are among them. The fact Sidious had a Master proves he wasn't top dog in spite of how he seems and most people read him.

 

Isn't that the point though, growth? If Plagueis was so powerful shouldn't he have stopped Sidious.
