Pretty cool.The guy doing Obi-Wan's voice sounds almost exactly like Ewan.

This was awesome, but felt WAY too short. Is it me, or did it feel shorter than the breathing AOTC trailer. Like by the time my heart stopped pounding in anticipation, it was over.....

damn, i think i'll be signing up for HS in the next 15 minutes....

 

That was awesome, lets hope they release a DVD of the series in a few months, This is something we would watch again and again.

Oh, Master Tinn's strafining run was so choice.

The bit of lightsaber play with Anakin, Mace, and Obi Wan was great too.

Not to mention the "Neo" move Anakin does to the 50 odd SBS.

I LOVED Palpatine clacking his bone like fingers together! So EVIL!

Anakin's scowl at Obi was excellent.

The Clone army locking and loading was sweet.

And the tragic goodbye between Anakin and Padme.

Can't wait until monday!

Anyways, I thought it was great. WONDERFUL VOICE ACTING FOR YODA AND ESPECIALLY OBI-WAN. Also, we now see that the supreme chancellor is making the decisions. Episode 3 (hint hint) we can see the direction things are going. I loved that last look with Padme and Anakin at the end. Very touching. Also, I liked Anakin's new starfighter but I hated C3PO and R2-D2. Having them in that shot made no sense.

But my favorite moment was seeing how anakin's and the chancellor's relationship is coming along. Things are taking shape people! Things are taking shape!

I couldn't believe Palpy shut Yoda up like that... the green one didn't like it much that's for sure.

 

I can only imgine poor Paul Ens and all of sw.com's staff reeling in anticipation/panic when they post the video.

a) Plural of Jedi is Jedi, the same as sheep, deer and fish

b) That's Kit Fisto, who has a specially desgined saber, and has a one-off episode (no. 5)

 

It was explained that Kit has two crystals in his saber -- one for above-water and one for underwater fighting.

Also, for those who missed it, I believe there's a 12 am EST rebroadcast. But I'm not 100% sure.

Also, that ending reminded me of ESB as Padme and the droids watched the departing fleet.

Yes, I agree, the voice acting was great. I need to download it and watch again to comment on this better, but I could have been fooled into thinking Yoda and Obi-Wan were voiced by the actors if I didn't know otherwise. Why didn't some of you like it?

 

Chapter 1 of "Clone Wars" rocked! The voices were pretty close to the original actors, if you ask me.

Palpatine looked great, as did all the other character designs.

The opening segment featuring all the Jedi in various battles........man, that was sweet!!!

And, an animated Christopher Lee (Count Dooku). How cool was that?

For once, I actually hope that the weekend passes by quickly so we can see chapters 2 - 6.

I should think so considering how it's the EXACT SAME SHOT just about.

 

I thought the cartoon was great!

I loved the animation and I was surprised at how good the voice work was. Lot's of action too!

This is shaping up to be quite the series!

The legth was a bit short, but I can live with it. Does anyone know if the episodes will vary in legth or will they all be about 5 minutes?

 

The OS is coming up fine for me here at work, but I don't see any link for the episode yet.

 

That's what Pooja meant, it is working fine but the episode is now 6 mins late

 

He wasn't being manipulative, he just decreed.

It's probably due to the sacrifices of having five minute shorts, but it stuck out like a sore thumb for him to be so blatently controlling in front of Jedi.
