Official Episode II Reference Thread, Version 11.0

Well everyone, "here we go again." This new version is once again jam packed with all the new info to be released both officially and unofficially since the last version.

Along with all the new and updated stuff that is listed below, this version also has some items in orange, instead of red. Everything that is listed in orange has been officially confirmed via the Official Site, a Making of Vid, or something official. However, as this is ONLY mean to be a reference to you, please, please do not go into the NSA and post on things that I have listed in here as official. I'm not perfect, and although I tried to make it as accurate as possible, I'm only human. I don't want any non-spoilees getting spoiled because of a mistake of mine.

This looks great. Thanks. I love the rickshaw scans and real-life props. Cool idea. I can't help but think of that scene in Temple of Doom where Shortround lifts the guy carrying a rickshaw up in the air with his car.
