Idaho Official IMAX UPDATE Meeting Tonight - Boise Town Square - 6PM

NBO GANG:
We will be having an official update meeting at the mall today to discuss all the crazy stuff going on with our project right now. We're meeting at six because that's when Russ goes on break. Please all who can make it to this come! We really need to start delegating tasks and looking at what needs to be done now, what can wait, and what we should already be doing!

 

yes now that things are moving forward and it look like the Imax event will happen we need to get together and set up a timeline of what needs to be done and by what time so we can stay on top of everything. so if you can come tonight please do so, if not we will send out an e-mail to all how have a part to play.

 

Here's what we discussed at the meeting:

The Edwards booth will go up at around 12 noon on next Saturday. All who can make it in the club are encouraged to come.

The biggest thing is we're setting up the NBO bank account on Monday. We are meeting at Washington Mutal to get that all squared away at 4pm.

There was other stuff but I'm tired now and it can wait.
