So they need him (and his Imperial troop transport) to get to Scarif? I wonder if they use older codes which still check out?

Interesting background for the character.

 

I can say for one, that I am very glad they are going for a more "ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances" feel for this character. I'd rather not have him just be some "mr. cool" ace pilot turned good. There's too many of those around. I like my characters to have nearly as many weaknesses as they do strengths. Hopefully this film gives us more realistic, relatable characters, rather than then umm Mary Sue's.

If this film can pull off this kind of stuff, I will be one happy man.

My sincere apologies, I was not aware the term had been disallowed. I had checked over the materials under the “Rules of JC” tab, and being new to the forum I assumed those were all the disallowed words.

I was not intending to use the term in that manner, rather using it to be critical of those who abused term all over the internet in the first place.

Not a lot of him in the new trailer, but the scene is pure gold IMO. His eyes have a script all of their own.

Least interesting character thus far - Maybe because we have seen nothing of him...

 

He's going to be a sleeper favorite, I think. The actor (Ahmed) has really good comic timing.

 

Why does his shirt sleeve still have the Empire patch on it? You'd think if he switched sides then the first thing he would do is ditch his Imperial uniform for something else? Or if he liked that shirt, just rip off or deface the patch.
