Official June Meeting Thread

The third weekend of the month will be June 18 & 19.

June 19 is Father's Day, so if we're going to have the meeting this weekend, we need to plan accordingly.

We need to determine specific date, time, and location.

Discuss amongst yourselves.

 

welll...i think saturday would probably be best if this is the case.

I am trying to remember that one place that DH was talking about at the meeting at cyodarun's...it had old school video games.

that might be fun...something to mix it up.

 

Probably Red and Jerry's, down on Santa Fe and Oxford.

by the way for those who dont know where it is; take santafe north and youll see it at your left westside at oxford street

 

Sithis, we typically do our meetings around 1 or 2 PM as many members live far away, and we hang around for a long time, and that way everyone can get home at a reasonable hour. All y'all old fogeys...;-)

I'm moving to Westminster at the end of June, and would like to join up with you guys. I won't be able to attend the June meeting but the July meeting me and 2 other friends should be able to come. We are all from Des Moines Iowa and were apart of the Des Moines Fan Force called the Jediowan Council. I definatly want to be a active member, so I look forward to meeting you guys. By the way I'm a hard core Sith/Imperial Fan....hope there's some others, because I was the only one in Des Moines....hehehe.

I have no problem on location of the meeting as long as it's in the state!
And anytime the mention of classic arcades are involved... I am so there!

I want to bowl this time... They have a Duck Pin Lane /waits for everyone to stop scratching their head about what Duck Pins are/ Yeah, I know, old and from the East Coast

 

bowling is so much fun! and it is something i can actually beat other people at.

This is not bowling as you know it... Trust me, Duck Pins are completely different animal

duck pins sound fun. i bet the make weird noises when the ball rolls over the beak.

 

I haven't been to Red & Jerry's in a long time--and it has been even longer--much much longer, since I have bowled. But I am certainly game for both. Look forward to meeting any and all new people that I haven't yet met.
