This was brought up at the meeting last night & I spent a good deal of time thinking about it today. Would there be any interest in getting Omaha Fan Force shirts made? If I remember right, the idea stemmed from Fan Force badges for the SW Celebration in May. Well, the idea that came to mind would be black shirts with the bisected OFF logo (see upper right hand corner of your screen)on the front of the shirt in the upper left hand corner & then have a large version on the back with the addresses for our forum board & the Omaha Fan Force board.

This thread is strictly to see if there'd be enough interest to warrant getting shirts made & also to see what the cost would be. Feel free to post suggestions, ideas, etc...

How about baseball caps with that logo? I'm thinking black caps. That'd make a good contrast with the red & blue logo.

Well, depending on cost & interest I don't see why we couldn't do both.

Yes, yes! I would be interested in both. Lets see how much interest we have, and then see what we can get done locally. It would be cool to have something to wear to Indy that set us apart some. Plus we'd probably have a wider range of sizes and perhaps shirt colors to choose from.

And I dont know about that sarahpie haha

Definitely look locally before we go with cafepress. Their plain t's are 13.99 and up from there. A local company would probably be able to do it for maybe a little less but it's closer to home and we're supporting our community, not some .com. Once we hash out a good production logo for our company we should ge some of those made up too. I'll work with Bob more on that and we'll get back with everyone on what we come up with.

I'm up for the shirt idea! Please let me know if we need to bid them. I worked with MANY silkscreeners here in town and have found some great pricing. MidAmerica company normally produces quality stuff at good prices.

Hey... I just started a new web site! Check out www.stormtrooper.tk

    It's new and under construction.

    Bye for now! -Kurt

If anyone has any rates handy, feel free to post them. Lets see if we can get enough interest to justify getting shirts made. I know most places have a minimum you have to purchase. I figure if nothing else, me may at least be able to get a shirt for each OFFer.

One question, do we need TheForce.net's permission in order to put "FanForce" on any T-shirts, etc? Or is there presidence for doing so?

Feel free to put Fanforce on your shirt, you will just have to give me one ;) Just Kidding. You can. Let me know when you have shirts done. I would be interested one.

A bit of advise. Do not use Cafe Press. Poor Quality in my opinion.

Let me know if you'd like me to proceed in bidding these shirts.

Also, my regrets for not meeting the gang at the Old Chicago. I had one heckova time finishing my armor before the Groundhog Prom.

So does everyone like Craigs shirt idea (see first post in thread)? If so, and thats what we want to go with then post here what size you would want and how many. That way we would have the numbers we would need and perhaps bring the cost down some.
