    Or bake by weight instead of volume. Baking by volume is just asking for trouble.

    Oh yeah! Unfortunately, in my experience, most recipes seem to be by volume. I'm assuming because it's easier and not everyone has a kitchen scale? But yeah, if you can, do by weight.

    we're measuring the flour by weight. I've been working on starter dough for the last four days. We're baking bread tomorrow. After that it's on to pizza dough.

    I'm ordering out for pizza tonight.

    They tested pizza many years ago here in NYC. I never tried it, but will never forget the "pizza" using the arches in place of the Zs.

    I'd be scared to try pizza from McDonald's, somehow ive got a feeling they'd half *** it [face_laugh].
    I just ordered papa john's (Free pizza! Yay ya!).

    I like that they specify that the personal pizza is prepared with the same "attention to freshness" as the large pizza.
