i made pizza tonight. very basic. sauce, meat, onions, cheese, mushrooms, pineapples.

 

Sorry guys. I've had pizza at least 3 times. Yesterday I went a place on 8th next to Madison Square Garden. It was decent. Might be my new local place if they keep it up.

 

Had surprise free pizza lunch on Tuesday. The supreme was surprisingly good.

 

Those of you who haven't had pizza in New Jersey have no idea what pizza is. I'm serious, it's delicious here.

Work had one of their tiny bit of morale pizza and movie things today. So it was pretty crappy, too much cheesy pizza for free. I removed most of the cheese and probably used about a third of the red pepper flakes they put out. That worked nicely. The sauce was good and chunky and the crust was okay, but pizza is one of my favorite foods and I just won't give it up.

Naturally, I'm now dreaming of the pizza place I love near work. Their grandma slices are on point. If the pizza is fresh and I can taste every component under that cheese, I'll eat all the cheese. Dammit...must hold...off until Tuesday. I'm usually a marinara girl, but dang it, the cheese on those grandma slices is so good.
