I haven't been able to talk Qui-gon in a month I'm going through withdraw! Quick someone talk about his toes or something.

Hmmmmm. He does have nice toes. Also I want to see that one cowboy movie with him in it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about. I saw a trailer for it but I can't remember its name!

 

I don't remeber the name either. Look up Liam Neeson on wikipedia, maybe it will be on there.


So HK, how do you feel about Qui-Gon appearing on TCW?(And yes, Liam is doing his voice.)

That's what I'm holding on to as far as Qui-Gon in TCW is concerned.

 

I looked and I couldn't find it.

Lol. First of all. *Shudders with delight!* I would get to hear his Qui-gon voice!

Second I'm not a huge Clone Wars fan. I saw the on episode with rex that QGR recomended and it was really good. But so far I'm not liking the first season and apparently it gets worse from there so...

Then again the Rex episode wasn't in the first season I don't think. But I'm off topic.

I think I like Qui-gon the way he is and that if he is on the Clone wars there is a strong posibility they might try to change him into something he's not.

 

TCW is a great show. I would recommend you at least take a chance.

Season 1 is good, though it has some weak points scattered around. Season 2 is pretty much great all around. Season 3 started out great, then it started to go downhill with a lot of political stuff, but the second half really starts to pick up and this last episode is definitely a game-changer.

Just throwin' that out there.

 

@HK: So far he's only been a Force vision, but he's slated for a second apperance during the 3 episode arc. I don't think they will do much in changing the character since they have Liam doing his voice and I doubt Liam would do it if he felt the character would be changed or ruined in some manner.

 

Eh. They had better not! I do want to see Qui-gon as a catoon force ghost so maybe I'll go youtube it.

@HK: It was pretty good, I think.

 

Why couldn't Lucas shoot the the extra scene in RotS? I know Liam was hurt in an accident, but all he had to do was stand there and talk. Make-up could have taken care of facial scars or bruises. Just a random thought.

 

They can shoot it now and add it in the blu-rays or even better into the 3D ROTS they are releasing in theatures. The dialogue is a bit clunky though, I would hope they refine it a bit.

 

That's what I'm hoping they do, actually.

 

Either way, I think the scene is important to establish the Force ghosts in the OT.

 

Yes, that they shold. Maybe they can do a re-write in scene and then it would be fixed. The original dialogue between Yoda and Obi-Wan at the end when Yoda reveals Qui-Gon was orignaly very akward.

 

The novelization did the scene well, I'd hope they would use it as a guide line.

Yeah, I agree. I think if I see Qui-Gon standing there with the other Force ghosts when I go to see ROTJ-3D in a theater, though, I'll break down and die in front of everybody.
