Bumping up the page...love Qui! I can't wait for the 3D release of TPM! I haven't seen that movie in theaters since I was eight!

 

I can't wait either! That movie was amazing! Well with the exception of Anakin that is.

Also it is official Liam Neeson will be back as Ra's Al Gul!

It's also coming out in July I'm sooo excited!

Plus I want to see the Hunger Games!

 

That's his twin brother Raz al Ghul he's playing.

Oh so I think for Valentines Day we should get a banner dedicated to shirtless Qui-gon's for the before the saga.

How hard do you think that would be QGR?

 

Not hard at all. We already have a Qui-Gon banner floating around here somewhere, don't we?

I love Qui-Gon! I saw Episode 1 a few days after it was released, and it was awesome! That voice just...so...beautiful!

 

Hello, fellow Qui-Gon fanatics! Wasn't Liam in the new Batman movie? I didn't see it, but I thought I heard something to that effect.

 

I actually watched it the other day (in a theater; shocking I know ), and yes he was.

 

Ooh, awesome. Or, rather, it would be awesome if I cared the slightest inkling for Nolan's Batman. Aside from Liam's involvement, of course.

 

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of Nolan's films as adaptations, but I did enjoy Rises. Especially a certain recreation of a certain iconic scene executed by a certain character (that was going to be phrased more convolutedly, but I ended up coming up with nothing ).

And yeah, Liam was pretty good as "Razz", but my favorite Ra's is still David Warner (from BTAS).

And FYI, I was gonna watch Spidey, but the local theater only ran it in 3D.

 

I'm a fan of Nolan and of his Batman trilogy, so seeing Liam back was great. One can hope he becomes one of Nolan's recurring actors.

 

I don't necessarily think that would be best for Liam's career at the moment. I mean, he's well on his way to becoming stereotyped as an action hero since Taken, and action is Nolan's staple.

 

We must not be talking of the same Nolan.

 

Qui-Gon is one of my favorite characters ever. I wish he was able to stay alive past Episode 1 and have a role in Episodes 2 and 3. I think Qui-Gonn would have been able to keep Anakin from falling. If not it would have been interesting to see them duel in Episode 3. I want more Qui-Gonn stories

 

I still say Qui-Gon Jinn's dialogue with Yoda from RotS needs to added at some point.

This absolutely has to happen. It gives Qui-Gon's character more weight in terms of him being on the council but isn't, and that being a mistake.
