Well, the episode is finally done and uploaded, just awaiting its release tomorrow. This is one of our longest eps, clocking in at 2 hours and 12 minutes. And by gum it's a well spent 2 hours and 12 minutes. We cover our trip to StellarCon, our lack of musical skills, Janine's increasing Trekkiness, an interview with Rick Stough and Shaun O'Rourke from Sins of the Jedi, plus our much anticipated in depth review ["BASHING!" screams Janine] of Rise of Nobility and Second Strike.

Should be an interesting download tomorrow. :) Such a shame I can't download it at work, but I have a feeling Nathan won't post it til he gets back from work anyhow.

Any chance the reviews are an April's fool joke? ;)

Reminds me, I gotta update our RoN site tomorrow with the April theme.

I'm posting all SIX of the new releases for tomorrow in one news byte, since we're also reminding people of last Wednesday's two new releases, the new releases 2 days ago, etc.

    But...

Among those is the release of The Logan Chronicles: The Lost Patrol, which is being released on Michael Sheridan's personal website, so I have to wait for him to put the files up on his site before I can announce all the releases on Fanworks. So, if he gets it up late tonight, it's late tonight. If it's after midnight tonight, it's gonnna be tomorrow after 5 ET, most likely, as I'll have to get off work, run errands, then upload stuff when I get home.

    | [RotO]Be sure to listen to Requiem of the Outcast, Even Triumph the insult dog can't find anything bad to say about them. |

Wow. That's a cool thing to say. I appreciate that. In a goofy way, that's one of the nicest things someone has said about the show.

"Hey Jedi, would you take on a giant walking lightsaber-wielding automaton of death?"

    "Sith No!"

"Would you do it for a klondike bar?"

    *pause*

    "AAAAAUUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!" *waves around lightsaber*

    *CRUNCH!*

"Big and thick, no room for a stick."

"Klondike Bar, what would you do for?" *Jumps into fray*

Sorry not the same line, building off the Scooby Snack Comment.

I just finished the script, and will record it. we're not sure about the release format, as it may be something that we put up for the new website or included in the show, or maybe even a separate dl. we'll let you know once its finished

On behalf of Rich Sigfrit and his REQUIEM OF THE OUTCAST internet radio show team, I'm happy to announce that their newest episode, Episode VIII, has now been released. It includes a long sit-down interview from StellarCon between the three hosts and acclaimed Star Wars authors TIMOTHY ZAHN and AARON ALLSTON. This is, to our knowledge, the first time that Zahn has been on a fan-made radio show, and only the second show to feature Aaron Allston, who made an appearance years ago on Jedi Talk.

You can find the episode at:

    Happy early birthday, Janine!

    Another great episode!
