I, personally, am very psyched to see the Mustafar effects. They look great.

You are in for a real treat. I got to see a press screening last week and this film just blew me away. I loved it!

 

Thursday night at 8:30, 2nd row center at the Arclight (where the dorks were SUPPOSED to line up).

Reserved seating kicks ass.

I'm seeing it at 9am. I've had my share of midnight screenings and standing in line all night. I'm going when people are at work!

 

Seeing it at 12:30 am EST tonight. (the 12:01 and 12:15 shows were sold out. The one I'm going to is apparently also sold out)

 

So you guys still haven't seen it yet? I thought it was a simultaneous worldwide release? I went last night (Fox Studios, Sydney), and yeah, it was brilliant. A lot better than I had expected. George has really gone to town on this one.

And believe it or not, I saw this in Time Magazine and they called it a spoiler: Palpatine=Emperor.

That's what I initially thought too, but it sounds like Lucas' definition of simultaneous is 12:01am, May 17 in your own timezone. Which meant it is still good to be Australian... hopefully there are no New Zealanders here!

Was a good little flick.

Glad I got a little sleep before I started work this morning, got home at 4am after dropping off a brother and travelling back the 45 minutes drive from a decent cinema!

Adam, I'm pretty sure GL or RM initially said that it would be a true simultaneous release regardless of timezone, so us Antipodeans didn't see it 12-16 hours before the Americans.
