Actually, Rick said a character from the CW cartoons would be in the film... did we ever figure that one out?

You sure he wasn't referring to Grievous?

I'm really not enjoying the Aayla/Bly/new Padawan storyline at all.

Boring. Clever way to find Barriss Offee, but we want action! 8-} At least, I do.

Yeah, the beginning of the strip sucked, and this part is dull. The conference with Palps was the only interesting part.

The couple strips of Tion Medon and Grevious were good.

It's hard to do something like this and keep it interesting. And this comic is going to run until March. That's just crazy. From the summary of it, things will get a lot more interesting. But when, by god... it feels like forever.

You're right, the Grievous part was cool.

Is this thing really going for three more months? What about the other three strips?

I just looked it up... According to Pablo:

Reversal of Fortune- April or so, I think.
Greedo's Tale- March, with no word on what may come after it.
Gambler's Tale- a few more months.
Bounty Hunter of Ord Mantell- January, with the next strip starting immediately thereafter.

    Holy Shinto!!

The Battle of Coruscant has just begun!!!

"Jedi Masters. In need, we are. Under attack, Coruscant is."

There's still 5 months until ROTS!

    I'll forgive the grammatical error.

Hmm... methinks there must be something more to this... I thought the ROTS battle was the first battle of Coruscant...

maybe it was the end of the First Battle of Coruscant.

Imagine a 5 month long siege...

Oh that would rule... can you imagine the state of Coruscant after that?? It would make sense, from what we know the Jedi Temple is looking a bit ragged after it all.

Actually, though there are 5 months in our world until the film, at the pace this comic strip is going, they do about 2 second's worth of real time per strip. So it makes sense that they won't cover that much time between now and then. And with the cutting between different locations and storylines, the time will be even less.

Glad there will be some action finally!

Yeah actually, you're right. The webstrip takes place less than 3 months before ROTS right? It and "Labyrinth of Evil" are the lead-ins.

Ohh.. it definitely seems like things have hit the fan in today's strip. Has the Battle of Corscant begun? [face_worried]

    Blast this daily format!

According to Tom Hodges, the artist for Reversal of Fortune, the strip will take a holiday after Monday's update I think, until the start of January. Holidays=good, but not without OS updates!!

Wow - uncharacteristic anger from Aayla - is this a sign of things to come in ROTS?

So Dooku plans it by stringing the Jedi out farther and farther into the Outer Rim, and then attacking at the heart of the Republic.

    Sweeeeeet.

Now Aayla DEMANDS that Commander Bly take her back.

Seems like the Jedi's nerves are getting a little frayed.

I wonder if we'll even hear the Jedi yelling at each other in ROTS?

    [face_thinking]

Hmm... indeed. I'm not surprised about this whole Outer Rim tactic, it seems like a rather obvious thing to do. And I don't think it's the first we've heard of it.

And Aayla's getting a tad fiesty. It will be interesting to see how the other Jedi are reacting back on Coruscant.

I think the little rip-the-control-panel-up temper tantrum is a bit much. Way out of character for a Jedi.

    New update for RoF.

On Coruscant this time - Shaak Ti couldn't find Palpatine at his residence, and is not pleased.

Definitely showing the Jedi growing distrustful of Palps.

    Padme references her pregnancy! Sweeeet.

Bail seems to know from the way he's acting towards her... his hand is on her shoulder and he's looking at her while she says "May the Force be with us all." If she chose to look it, she would be visably pregnant now.

But on the OS it says that only one other person knows of the Ani/Padme marriage, could it be Bail? I was thinking it was Obi-Wan or Palpy...

I really like these last couple of updates. Is that the first time we've seen the new clone/stormtroopers in a comic? I also like how the trooper is being a bit more intrusive and bossy...feeling more Imperial...

I am guessing that Palps has been kidnapped and that is why they can't find him.

This strip has devolved again into some form of interpretive modern art. I don't have a clue what is going on. The Greedo one is pretty confusing, too.

    lol

I agree though. There's really good ones flanked by several boring ones. I suppose that's the nature of it though. I'll take what I can get. :p
