Official SBFF T-Shrits: Are you interested?

If there is enough interest, we'll have a logo submission contest.

 

Sounds awesome to me! I have some ideas for designs, but suck at real art. We'll need a graphic artist with talent to do a final design from our mock-ups. Any members good with the paintbrush?

 

I would like to have one to spread the SBFF gospel across the Great Plains.

 

Maybe if I ever venture out to meet anyone... or if it's as cool as my R2Detroit shirt.

when I attended an official SouthBend Star Wars luncheon.........


T-Shirts was one of the many topics on the agenda.

I have pledged my support to the Big X, in person,
and now post the same.

I will learn more soon tomorrow, as the fans in Bloomington, IN.

seemed to get this done at a reasonable cost, and get quality,
and get variety all in a minimum order
after thinking they would only need one minimum order......ever,
and worrying about will they get enough people to make a minimum order,
________they are now already planning a second order after only a few weeks,
since getting the 1-st order.

also,

I was in INDY at the book signing, and met people who like to collect T-Shirts,
and also, look for more on rumors of a FAN FORCE T-Shirt to maybe appear.



I suggest that as many threads as possible be started (as needed), on this,
_______if only for the reason that all the posting will help in South Bends
conquest of the boards.

and so,

T-Shirt considerations are.

Color of T-Shirt (or item)

Color of what is to be put on it (1-color cheapest)

Logo???????

Slogan???????

Star Wars connection___a must I would think.

(Imperial / Rebel or both)
(dark side / light side or both)
(Sith / Jedi or both)

etc etc etc etc etc etc

Print what on the back or front or both?


My goal____hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmm

to somehow get a T-Shirt to every South Bend Star Wars fanforce fan at least,
and have some left over for those who collect, or to replace ones that
get lost or worn too much

In the mean time,

start dreaming up something to post,
and then at a future get-together perhaps,
some kind of agreement on how to next
proceed can be worked out.

 

Have talked to the guy who did the
Hoosier Alliance artwork and getting the job done,
and there is interest in helping you guys here.

as you can see, more than a T-Shirt can be had,
I think the HA had Tee-s, Jersey-s and some Hoodies, made,

and yes, mixing products no problem to make the minimum order.

For me this is a good sign we can move forward with
a minimum order of 12 and can included everyone here so far,

even merc.....(will pony express it to you if need be

I would like to suggest

Tatooine _____Gold_____as the base (item) color with
Imperial______Black____lettering/design
(1 ink is cheaper & dark ink means only 1-pass, which is also cheaper)

but as to design (give with ideas and I will try to find help on this)
and
as to what to say (front and back, lettering and logos)

I am at a loss.

Oh, I think I could be coaxed out of my hermitage to get a shirt.. I do live in town, after all.
