Good episode last night. It comes on Saturdays for me. I didn't like the end though. Martha would never deal with Lionel. She knows the history of the Luthor family and the Kents. It is totally out of character for her and I don't buy it one bit.

 

oooooooooo a most awesome trailer got leaked today from episode 100

in it you see clark tell lana his secret, the fos, the proposal, the car wreck and lex SEE'S clark use his powers good stuff

 

great stuff. the look on lex's face when he sees clark speed in is priceless

 

oh I KNOW!! that was one of my favorite parts!

 

jedipriestess, is the music that plays during the clips the music from that episode? bc i really like the requiem overture that plays when clark shows up to the accident

 

I suspect both of those peices of music were edited in because there are parts missing from both those clips and the music runs straight through. Shame

 

Chloe is the logical one to die.
Her original purpose on the show was to serve as one point of a love triangle between herself, Clark, and Lana. Now that Clark has solidified his relationship with Lana, that aspect of her character is gone. Her only purpose now is to look up licence numbers and trace cell phone messages. Which is getting old, real fast.

Lana is the logical one to die.
Clark is gonna have to hook up with Lois someday, and I can't see him breaking up with Lana or her breaking up with him, even if he reveals his secret. So she's gotta die. However, to me, it makes more sense that this would happen at the end of the season, rather than in the middle.

John is the logical one to die
Something has to happen that will drive Clark to take up the cape and glasses. His dad dying might work pretty well, although Lana or Chloe could get the job done just as easily. Also, Lex has to start his rise to power somewhere, and John's death would provide a convenient excuse for Lex's victory.


Anybody know what's up with all the StarWars references as of late? Jabba the Hutt, R2D2, 1138, Carie Fischer. Some of the recent episodes have had parallels to EP-II and EP-III.

It was on tonight wasn't it? So how was it? It doesn't come on til Saturday for me; but I'd like to see what some of you thought? I can't beleive it's been 20 minutes without any news.

 

basically the episode just stressed how worried clark is about lana getting closer to lex. big setup for the 100th episode next week

Are you kidding? Was a good epi and had THE most awesome special fx in it.

 

Well, I haven't seen it yet. It doesn't air in Virginia til Sunday morning at 1am. but if you say it was good, then I beleive you.
