    Random blurb for the day:
Why was Anaxes destroyed for no apparent reason?
Hint, compare the canon wiki page to the legends wiki page.
I thought I had reasons to hate Rebels before but now...

Yeah Anaxes- thing is weird- it is destroyed in the new canon. There is really no apparent reason why though. It's not even connected to Death Star- storyline. But honestly Anaxes was not that important EU-world really, but it's destruction is a weird decision really since it was not even mentioned in the episodes and it was no way important to make connection between that old base in the Rebels and originally EU-planet Anaxes.

Anaxes appeared in TCW Bad Batch arc and in the Rebels, but it was only identified to be Anaxes in episode guides I think- first I thought Fort Anaxes was just Republic base named after the planet itself but it turns out to be Republic base that is in the remnants of the planet destroyed just because.... they felt like it.

I have a thing for pro-imperial planets. Kind of a big loss for me.

It wasn't. That wasn't even Anaxes in Rebels. It's just the same animation model with a different color scheme on a different plant.

It was and it is the same planet. At least according to the Databank at the official site.

Has anyone seen Big Hero 6? Yes, it's a great movie, but that's not why I'm bringing it up. I just rewatched it because it happened to be on TV, and I realized that Hiro is basically Ezra's twin. And GoGo is just like Sabine. Anyone else think so? lol

Just watched Visions and Voices in season 3. Confused on how Ezra beat the Nightsisters?

Wikia says he destroyed the source of their power- those vial/vases that Maul filled with green magic? That right?

    Just trying to be clear.

    Thanks!

He destroyed the altar. To my understanding, the altar is something like a nexus or a source of their power, where their magic is centered. By destroying it, Ezra was able to vanquish them.

looked like he just put saber-blade on some cracks in the ground. Maul's initial ritual involved like a couple dark flower vase looking beakers....were those "the altar" in this instance?

    Thanks!

The altar is the big block the beakers are resting on:

The block has bowls on either side of it - and clearly stands above the surrounding ground, when Ezra strikes it:

Impressive to me that anyone can use the word "clearly" in describing these bright amorphous energy masses but I do appreciate the breakdown! thanks!

wouldn't Krennic be surrounded by Death Troopers instead of random white stormies?

I came across, something mentioned on youtube, what might be a huge goof in Star Wars Rebels.

In Season 2, Leia appears as a teenager.
In Twin Suns, Luke appears as a small boy.

    Uhm.... please explain...
    They are twins after all.
