I have a question. Normaly I only buy action figures, but I pick up the occasional lego set. Normally just the big ones. I'm not die-hard because legos are so expensive, but I've been debating on weather or not to by the jedi starfighter set. Does anybody have it? Is it worth the money? How's the Playability? How Fun Is It? Can you guys help me out? I don't have a lot of money, so $20.00 is a lot for me.

P.S.: I made a custom mace windu minifig, and a lego ship I call the "Slave Pod" (A mini version of the Slave 1 it's pretty cool, I think). I would post pics...If I knew how to post pics. Can you help me out with that too.

    THANKS ;)

    -Yoda

I'd get the the Slave 1, but like I said I'm low on CA$H. I'll probably get the Jedi Starfighter now. Do you know how to post pics?

    THANKS :)

I found the SF to have low playability, until I got the Slave 1, but that's just me.

Oh, and for pics, if you have the pics uploaded to brickshelf, or some website, just post [Image=(insert address here)] pics!!! (/image)

(replace the parentheses on the last tag with [].)

Thanks, I'll have to upload them to brickshelf. Since I got contradictory info, I might hold out for the Slave 1.

So far that rumor list seems to be holding pretty well. with this new clonetroopers hint, that will probably mean an AT-TE, and I'm practically 100% sure on jabba's palace :D :D :D :D :D

I dont think it qould be Jabbas Palace. It would be his Sail Barge, so it can go along with the skiff :D

What is the Star Destroyer going to cost us after the $270 offer is up? And are they charging shipping on it? Just trying to fit it in my Star Wars budget.

Just like to know because im going to Disney World in 5 month's and I don't want to put something this big on the credit card till after I get back.

Right now, LEGO is having no shipping on orders over $99. As for the price after the launch period is over, no one knows for sure, but a lot think it won't go much over $300.

    Hope that helps.

If you preorder it, it is $270, free of shipping.

If you want next day, it is $300.

I think I can wait 4 days for it.

    :)

    Yeah, I got that too.

It makes sense because the ISD doesn't come out until the 6th. :(

    BTW,

Has anyone tried super gluing the lego bricks together? Because if I have to move the ISD, I don't want it to fall apart on me.

I didn't glue my RBR...it never falls apart...and I've taken it apart and put it back together about 7 times. In fact, I've never had that problem with any of the sets I have...which ones do you have that fall apart, eclipse?

Just press the parts together really hard. if you use glue, you'll never be able to use any of the parts for anything else, or for that matter, rebuild it!
