... apart from all important characters arcs of course, now just hoping Kashyyyk will find its place in all this, i've been wishing since perhaps the beginning

watching the clip, wandering about Rex of course, but also I asked myself if Maul could have anything to do with this one way or another.... animation keeps impressing

still, I'll add to my previous post that even if optimistic, Disney (and K. Kennedy) has yet to get my trust (because this is still a kinda stupid decision on their part) and there better be a satisfying amount of episodes that make it not rushed (which would make it a not kinda stupid decision then)

So lets just say the production team hasn't worked on anything passed Season Six. Based on this article much of season 6 was completed back in November; so does anyone have a guess at how many episodes have been fully completed plus the Clovis arc which was moved.

 

Cyborg Admiral Trench, holy moly I wasn't expecting that!

 

Yeah, the uptick is the trailer at the end was amazing. Fives in action was awesome! And Tup...

 

Those two new Jedi were awesome too, and those new jet pack Battle Droids looked cool. So what's to happen to the Clovis arc? Since they've already made, wouldn't they just show it as the first episodes online?

 

It's basically an Umbara continuation!

 

Anyone else notice how Tup's pupils dilate before he shoots the Jedi but they go back to normal afterward? Sure looks like a sign of mind control.

 

There sure seemed to be "something" going on behind his eyes, like a premature "Order 66" getting triggered.

 

And I bet Dooku will kill Trench after he tells him about his little project.

 

If so, let's hope Trench stays dead this time...

Overall I'm very happy with the decisions. We get TCW properly closed out and we also get a new series!

Given the cost of producing these episodes I can't imagine they will distribute the episodes for free online.

 

Can they get Tartakovsky back to make new series?

 

They did an interview last year and he seemed pretty pissed that they made this new CW show. Doubt he'd come back.

Not really bothered as I didn't like the over-the-top style for Star Wars. 10,000 LAAT/i gunships do not fit in one Acclamator-star destroyer.

 

CW is pretty much my favorite SW project, I even like it better than the movies.

Meh on CW - way too overdone.

 

I will watch the new season/episodes whatever it is we are getting but am ready for a change. We have gotten Clone Wars stuff non-stop pretty much since 2002. We need a change.

Nah, you need a change. I don't, and some others as well.

Well, Filoni's announcement video and the S6 preview clip were unexpected: action packed, Tup executing a Jedi and cyborg Trench! It was too mighty for my brain to handle so I think I had a blowout.

 

They really should have made this train chase as the beginning of EP III movie. It's so amazing, TCW never let GG become so terrifying and threatening.
