I hate double posting, but I have a question.

Remember the episode where R2 gets lost and replaced with Goldie?

At the begining (First 2 minutes) and one other part of the episode, they play this weird techno/rock music. What is that? Is it one the soundtrack? It's been bothering me for awhile.

Well we are getting another arc next year in the Dark Disciple novel. So yes things are continuing to come of this material and it shouldn't be ignored just because of Rebels.

Wait, what episode was this in? I haven't seen anything from The Lost Missions yet. Still waiting on the Blu-ray to arrive.

The Goldie episodes and TCW movie appeared to be the first episodes produced for the show so I think there was likely some experimentation going on with those two in terms of music. There was some rock music going on during the battle of Teth as well, during the cliffside scene.

Interesting. I don't remember that. I'll have to pop the DVD in and rewatch that tomorrow.

    @Watto

" It also follows with the trend that almost every Rebels episode has borrowed a concept originally designed for TCW S6/S7 arcs. "

Can you explain this to me?

    Sure thing:
    - Spark of Rebellion featured Wookiees and their gunship, most likely designed for the Kashyyyk arc from S7. Kessel may have been part of S7 also as i mentioned.
    - Rise of the Old Masters featured Stygeon prison which was the same exact prison and location from the Darth Maul Son of Dathomir S7 arc.
    - The Inquisitor: He is Utapauan based on designs from the Utapau arc from S6/7.
    - Breaking Ranks featured the large Kyber Crystal featured in the Utapau arc from S6/7, it was for the same purpose, to
power the Death Star super laser.
    - Out of Darkness featured the base Fort Anaxes which was part of the Echo/Rex "Bad Batch" S7 arc (this info is from TCW writer Brent Friedman). They did mention in the Rebels episode that it was an abandoned TCW base.
    - Empire Day featured the same cybernetics attached to the Rodian's head that were going to be attached to Echo in the bad batch arc. It's possible he exhibited the same traits as well.

These are just the ones we know about. We have seen next to nothing on some of the S7 arcs so there may be many more concepts that they re-used. I didn't mention elements from old TCW episodes which they purposefully referenced like Rhydonium, Jogan fruit, the Box/Clone Cadets training, and Luminara, but those are a different story.

    Sure one second.

    Season 6

Season 6 the lighting is better
I can see the emotions more instead of hearing them.
The animation looks less wooden and more real.

Why would Rex be in a vision set up by dooku and Sidious for Yoda.

Because Anakin was there in the vision as well, and the 501st is his squad. Probably to make the vision seem more "real" Sidious threw a clone squad in there, and the only logical choice was the 501st.

It was nothing more than a cameo, like Ahsoka's appearance in the arc. Just a little nod at the fans of the show's new main characters made specifically for the show.

    Nothing more than that.

I would like there to be a new number on how many clones were in the Army because there were definitely more then 3 million clones.

And apparently a vote to rush more clones into service somehow.
