Don't think it will.
They described it as starting from the end of the CW.

They also specifically mentioned it won't cover it- by that I think the remaining TCW episodes and SOM but it will make reference to them so there will be clues to what happened.


I don't mind that I guess. I'm just glad we are going to get the book!

A video very similar to that is what I was talking about on the last page being hidden on the Season 5 DVD. The only difference is the DVD one has a bit more footage from later S5 episodes. Love both videos though.

 

That's awesome! Maybe they'll someday make one covering the whole show. Because I love that that video kind of summarizes the show without showing the outcomes too much.

 

Nostalgic for sure. I know there are people who have their gripes on certain episodes, arcs, or the series as a whole. As for me, I could watch the entire series from the very first episode to the final one of Season 6 every year and never get bored.

I really should buy the Complete Blu-Ray set. I've been looking for a good price for it; but have put it off since my local library has each season on DVD.

 

The blu rays are great (though I bought mine season-by-season). Highly recommended for any fan of the series. I return to them often.

 

Hey Lucasfilm, you still haven't released the Lost Missions in the UK.

Throw in the Crystal Crisis and the Bad Batch as well please.

My collection cannot be complete without them!


(Also Universal please finally release Caprica on blu ray for American and UK audiences, yes I could import it from Europe but I don't think I should have to pay more than I did for my complete BSG collection!)

 

Lost Missions is available on Netflix, isn't it?

 

Yes it is but I'd like a physical copy.

I don't really do the whole Netflix thing, I saw them but I'd prefer to rewatch them with discs.

I can also add it to the end of the other seasons.
It feels incomplete otherwise!

 

When they first released Lost Missions on Netflix (about six months to a year before the video release), I deliberately signed up for the Netflix free trial to watch them. Cancelled it before I had to pay for the subscription.

 

I saw them but I just need the physical copies.

 

Plus Blu Rays and DVDs have lots of good extras with them, at least the 5 season set did. Still need to get the LM on Blu Ray, which I think comes with Crystal Crisis.

 

The show isn't even on Netflix in the UK for some reason so I had to watch S6 on the internet. I too want a DVD release to complete my collection and to watch the episodes in good quality.

 

You could always order the 6th season DVD from Amazon.

 

True. I'm not sure if the imported version would work on my DVD player though.

 

I can't comment on it now but I know there was a delay from when it actually appeared on the UK Netflix, it was around 6 months I think?

Honestly some of these things baffle me on why they can't be resolved easily and why the UK and other international places are ignored.

I know there's deals and business in place but we let you film here Lucasfilm! We give you a Tax break! The main actors are British! Please now just give the UK fans what they want!

I think last time I looked it was about £14 with delivery. Not bad but still I should not have to.

 

I know what you mean, there are plenty of shows that the United States gets that Canada doesn't, but really Netflix can only get so many rights to shows at one time. Can you not buy the individual episodes off Amazon or I-Tunes?

 

As far as I'm aware it's still on Netflix, I'm talking about a physical home media release.

I think it's exclusive to Netflix on both sides of the pond, never appearing on Amazon or ITunes.

Maybe it's not in popular demand according to them? That's weird though.

 

I found out for America it's on every major streaming service/site.

There is a demand for them, otherwise why would they put it on Netflix for the UK-albeit late!

Maybe there's a bigger problem with deals here because Sky used to air the episodes.


EDIT Google have the first 5 seasons but no Lost Missions. The irony is the art they are using is of the Grey Clone trooper that appears in the Lost Missions.

 

I think the imported blurays would work in your player, but DVDs would not. It's not the solution you want, but it's a possibility.
