Can't believe I've seen TTT five times now. :p I NEVER go to see a movie more than twice. Just can't get enough of that opening, geez! THAT was beyond all measures of cool!

FOTR doesn't hold a candle to TTT, uh uh. If the pattern continues into ROTK...whew. That will truly be an experience.

    I really enjoyed TTT.
From what i've heard, and my sources are reliable, there will only be a special edition extended version release of TTT. not sure how they plan to do it though.

"FOTR doesn't hold a candle to TTT"

In defense of FOTR, I don't think that's a fair statement. They are both different movies and written a different way. They're both excellent films, just different types. The cast themselves have said this.

Saw it for the 3rd time today.

Wicked, trixy, false! We should wring their little necks!

THe amazing thing is, all 3 films were shot at the same time. So you've got films with entirely different feels shot at the same time by the same crew with the same cast. Quite an accomplishment.

Hey, gang, if you're interested in joining an LOTR forum, some friends of mine just created an awesome spot-- users.boardnation.com/~valinor. Almost as good as the JC boards, not quite as extensive, but boy, is it nice to have a halfway comprehensive LOTR forum! :D
