    Oh Yeah!!

    I can see what you guys were saying about the 45 minute battle.Should be very interesting!!I like the little game Legolas and gimli play with Orc kills 8-}

I hope they put in Sam's fight with Shelob. It wouldnt be right to leave that part out.

I've heard that this movie leaves you hanging even more then the last one.

I'm wondering if it ends with Sam leaving Frodo for dead after the Shelob encounter, and then the credits would role. Either that or perhaps it leaves us with Frodo and Sam entering her lair, and all we see is a ton of eyes lightup and then black.

Where do you guys think it will end at? My guess is the Sam leaving Frodo thing...

I think your right. It has to end badly(well, seemingly badly). Its the middle movie after all.

All the Shelob/Cirith Ungol stuff is going to be moved to RotK, remember. To keep the two timelines on roughly the same path.

Smeagol definatly has to have a big role. He is the true hero of LOTR!

Then where are they gonna leave off? I can't really think of a better place.

Although I suppose it could be right when they get to the gates...

Ok, here's a spoiler concerning the movie! I warned yah, but I do recommend reading it!

    SPOILER

The current cut of THE TWO TOWERS has it at 3:14. The battle of Helm's Deep is 50 minutes, give or take.

I can say this...there IS an Ent battle filmed. I'm not sure if it's for the film or for some extended version down the road, but we do see the Ents march on Isengard.

    :D :D :D :D :D

I heard they just show the aftermath of Isengard, but I could be wrong.

Maybe I'll talk my brother into test driving a KIA so we can get the DVD. :D

They'll probably just show the aftermath of the Ents attack for the theatrical release. That would be in keeping with the book, which should please purists as well as keeping the running time from being too long for the average movie-goer.

I think I'll get rid of my Smeagol mind state...it is truly bothersome and has caused me nothing but pain.

I'd prefer being neither living nor dead :D

Does this include dressing up in all black, riding a horse and carrying a sword?

Smeagol was nearly a ringwraith himself. If he wore it a bit more, he'd definately be one.

Theres a lot of cool stuff from the noble collection from LOTR. That thing with the holographic ring is awsome. And you have to love the replica swords. I'll probably get one of those things eventually. The ring of the witch king and the ring of aragorn are both awsome.
