GARTH, man you better get a digital convertor for your TV cuz by this time next year there'll be NO MORE analog television broadcasts in the US! No VHF or UHF! That antenna on your set is going to be useless!

 

Cable or satellite nowadays isn't all that expsnsive either. There's a lot they offer for a pretty low price.

Also, I'm so exciting for this thing just based on these sweet images. I went from maybe I'll catch it in the theater to I'm seeing it the first week! LOL.

 

it's already useless. I watch TV just for local news and I rent DVDs (BSG, Arrested Development, etc.). I'll find a way to watch TCW, even if I have to go to my parents' place.

 

Not down here. The amount of people that have cable here is hardly anything compared to the fact that every American has it at hand.

A new species described as an "unsavory, brutish, Kerkoiden." Wow, that's almost as bad as 'scruffy-lookin'. It's practically hitting below the belt.

I noticed that a couple of cards use the same description despite differing images. I hope they aren't produced like that. For instance, there are a few, "Hold on, Ahsoka" cards.

Wow...those pictures are ridiculous. Just crazy-good.

It's really quite dispiriting to see how many people hate the look/animation of this show. It's really miles beyond anything I've ever seen on TV. What else even comes close?

 

I have to agree. They weren't kidding when they said it would be like a SW mini-movie every week.

 

WOW. Based on those cards I'm now going the first day to this thing!! Love Anakin being described as a "loose cannon" by Yoda.

 

Oh hell yeah - it's nothing short of awesomeness! I hope this lasts for a few long years. Star Wars deserves to be on the limelight forever!

 

Well, this is the theatrical release, but I'm quite confident about the tv series.

I'm really gaining a lot of respect for Dave Filoni, he is obviously a HARDCORE Star Wars fan that managed to make his way into a position of power and influence.
