It sounds like the general will be about as important as Darth Maul was.

 

I always thought Grevious sounded like a cockney gangster's nickname, eg Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH).

 

Ya know, perhaps we been spelling his name wrong. I mean, didn't we pick up on the name from the AICN report? Perhaps the reporter only HEARD the name since he reportedly saw early animatics and did his/her best spelling interpretation.

Maybe its something more closer to:

GRAH' - ve - US

and not

GREE VE US

Sounding more like GRAVITY than GRIEF which has been causing all this grief in the way his name sounds amongst fans.

I have this new theory that during the space battle we intercut to Ki adi mundi on the ground leading clones against the seperatist bunker. This is the battle with the wookies helping the jedi.

Are you sure that Nute dies on the cruiser, or is it possible he is on the ground and gets taken out there?

(it would be ironic if Ki adi mundi killed Nute)

You said the report is not 100% accurate. DO you endorse the notion that:

a)Palpatine gets kidnapped

b)the ship crashes on coruscant

 

Well we know there was a trade federation ship scene which we all missed, becasue they cut the whole idea out from AOTC. If Plo Koon and Ki Adi were supposed to take some Neimoidians out then, perhaps they decided to save it for this film, eh Rebel Scumb? Sounds likley to me.

As for The Droid General being about as important as Greedo was, my sources tell me he will not be as siginifigant as Greedo,... He will be much more!
So keep laughing, and I'll keep up the old "I told ya so.." routine.

On some EP3 cast lists that have the name Agen Kolar.

Could this be the Droid General's name?

 

His name is General Grevious! Get it straight.

He has slain many Jedi for not getting his name right. And soon, all shall see his might and power.

 

I believe in General Grevious now.

It always sounded like a Lucas name.

 

I think he'll be very significant in that he will likely be the one who kills Padme.

I like the name Gravious(Grah-vi-ous).

General Gravious/Grevious sounds a bit monosyllibic though: Commander Gravious sounds better.

Well I will admit thats better then Anakin killing Padme.

 

I think Ob1 befriends the droid general and then Anakin gets ticked off about that.

Maybe Ob1 goes to the COnfederacy after Palps says he's the Emperor and Sith Lord, and Ob1 decides that the Jedis' only hope of survival is joining the Confederacy.

Anakin thus believes Ob1 is a traitor.

Yeah, General Kenobi. But I think that the general will end up being a really cool character, I do hope that we see him take out a few Jedi. As for kill Padme, I am not sure. I am assuming if Padme dies it is late in the film and the General will be dead by then. Unless the droid general is sent after Padme and confront here when Obi Wan i present, they battle Obi wan gets knocked down and we she the droid general in front of Padme, Obi wan tries to rescue her but to no avail. Padme is killed and the Obi-wan kill the droid general. That way Anikan blames Obi-wan for the death of Padme.

Don't rule out Sifo-Dyas being in this movie. Just because Pablo said we saw who ordered the clones in AOTC, doesn't mean anything. Sidious of course is the one who ordered them, we just don't know how. Perhaps he did it personally and only used the name of a deceased Sifo-Dyas. Or perhaps he used Dooku. Or perhaps he used the real, living, breathing Sifo. We don't know.

 

-The Techno Union shoudnt know about Sidious
-Grievous is a "suped up" battle droid
-He will get killed suposedly by Obi-Wan
-Dooku probably orchestrated Grievous, not Sidious
