Nash, TN Official Thread: Nashville Force Christmas Party!!

What does everyone think about having a party for our fanforce around the holidays? We could have it a few weeks or so before the actual holiday so that everyone could attend. Let me know who all is interested and we'll shoot for a time and place.

 

You'll have to have it without me coz I'll be back home in Vancouver, Washington.

 

When do you leave? We might work it out early enough for ya.

 

I leave Wednesday, December 12th
I return Monday, January 7th

 

Wow. Okay. It doesn't leave a lot of time, but it can be done. If everyone in the area has some ideas, fire away.

Suggestions: Areas/Places to have the party & times

We probably need something centrally located for us, so think about Brentwood or Southern Nashville.

 

I think it's a good idea, Elan-Rai. Were you thinking of doing this on a weekend or during the week? I know that the radio station Christmas dinner is December 8th, but other than that, my plans are open...unless I'm just forgetting something which is highly possible.

 

Well, since I'll be working on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, I'm definitely looking for things to do ahead of time for the holidays. I'll be glad to use one of my floating holidays some night if it's easier for someone else's schedule. Just try to give me a week or two in advance to request the day off.

 

Well, it looks as if December 7th is the going date. I realize that's way in advance of Christmas, but it seems to work around JediToren.

Anyone have any suggestions on a meeting place?

Well, I am sorry to say I can't do it then. I will be working late on Friday and Saturday. Now, maybe Sunday?

I dunno. Hama is only good on Tuesday and Wednesday.

 

I have Sunday off this weekend, since the district is having a dinner at the Rivergate Olive Garden at 6:30. I could probably do something after 8:00 or so on Sunday.

 

Ok, this may work then. If at worst I have to work, I'd be off by then.

We can get together and talk about the new fanfilm as well.

 

Sounds good. Maybe we should see a movie and then grab a bite to eat. Any movies you guys wanna see? Personally I would like to see Harry Potter a second time.

 

Looks like I won't have the day off, after all. With the East sector officer getting killed Saturday morning, they need me to work.
