Interesting to see that Tion Meddon's gun is the "organic-looking" one out of the "This Weapon is Your Life" webdoc. I guess this means that we're going to see some of his people involved in a fight? Or just parading around with weapons?

 

Those look great. I still like collecting action figures. They're so much better than the one's I grew up with.

gg looks a lot more like the battle droids in toy form

for those who have seen the new palpy figure whats up with his arms and does anyone have a pic from the film they could pm me with ian wearing this particular robe and does anyone know what articulation this figure does

and bail looks good doesd anyone also have a pic eith this outfit or when it will be worn

Whats comming out of that figure's nose from the ebay toys?

 

If those three new pictures are from the priview wave, were is the fourth figure? Unless I am mistaken I thought there was going to be 4 prieview figures, like they did for AOTC.

 

The other figure is Obi-Wan's copper top R2 unit. No photos of him yet.

 

So if Tion forms an alliance with Obi-Wan to fend off the turned clones (green lasers) and the droid army (red lasers), could Tion's army have purple lasers to show yet another faction? Tion's gun has a section of purple on it... maybe a gem or crystal that's a functional part of the gun, or just decoration?

 

Is the Grevious figure in those pictures the finsihed version? The other two look like they are, but I thought the General was supposed to be whiter than that. Ah well, I'll still love him. Great pics!

 

Those preview toys are SUH-WEET.

Nice looking figures. I'll definatley be picking those up. Forgive me for asking but what are the dates that these will be released? I heard somewhere that the Preview Figures will be released in January. Will the regular figures be released around March or April of next year?

 

Probably around January/Febuary (around the same time as the AOTC preview figures were released).

The gun Tion is holding was in a previous BTH picture and I'd say the cane might also be the one from the Tion Medon picture (we ner saw the end of it).

So far we've seen 6 figures from the ROTS line, I hope a few more surface in the next few weeks.

is it just me or does the Tion Medion head sculpt look nothing like the pictures we have seen of Bruce Spence in the Tion Medion suit? to me the figures head looks a bit squashed and not elongated

 

perhaps. but this is a prototype and hasbro may resculpt the head nearer the time of release.

Actually, I dig GG's color scheme. The walking skeleton effect completely makes it as far as I'm concerned. It would be much weaker if he were all metalic as the banner currently has it...

 

well, the colour scheme is not that bad, i would just hope it would be a bit more clear in colour.
