I'd like a board-specific username that is more Star Wars related (the "rey" in Freyl). Thank you.

 

Name is already taken, I'm afraid. if you click on Members at the top there's a 'Find Member' facility you can use to check if a name is taken.

We normally don't delete old users. Only ones I delete are ones I reject at the approval stage (possible spamvertisers, for example).

 

Also, I've seen several users who popped back in to say hi in a social thread after being away for many years. Some of them are fanfic writers with old stories that they might want to fix the truncation on. So it's important that accounts stick around even if inactive. If those writers' accounts get deleted, they would never be able to edit or manage their old stories ever again if they decide to come back after a long absence.

I'd like to request a name change for my account. I'm trying to update all my social media accounts to be consistent with the same handle. If possible, could I change my handle to Kryptonian1138?

 

I randomly popped in here after more than 12 years away and discovered my old account was still there. If it hadn't been, I wouldn't have bothered to register again, and wouldn't that be a tragic loss to the boards?

 

Do we have any current member called "Starman" ?

It would be good for privacy reasons, and also because I am a big SpaceX/Elon Musk fan.

Also, Starman sounds sufficiently Star Warsy.
