At the grocery store today I noticed cake flavored vodka. It sounded interesting but I didn't buy any because I couldn't decide what to mix it with. My current thought it to toss some pineapple juice and a couple cherries with it and make a liquid pineapple upside down cake. Help me come up with some recipes so I have an excuse to buy more liquor.
Ahhhh yes I've seen that. One drink it might work as an awesome substitute in would be oreo milkshakes + vanilla vodka....just use the cake vodka instead. I swear those are literally the greatest drinks I've ever had.
Out of all the liquor stores I've been to/all the alcohol buying I've done at supermarkets, I've never seen any Cake flavored Vodka. I have to look for it now the next time I'm making such a purchase. Laker games cancelled (so far) due to the current NBA lockout: 14
i've never had cake flavored vodka but i have had those "chocolate cake" shots where you take a shot of vodka and hazelnut liqueur then suck on a lemon dipped it sugar and it somehow tastes exactly like chocolate cake. pretty weird.
I had a cocktail with cake flavored vodka in it the other day and it was sooooooooooo delicious and there was something pink involved and I could have drank like five of them. Let me find the recipe and get back to you.
