All this fawning over a guy who hasn't been involved in the show since like its third season?
That company he was employed with? They've decided to fire his ass instead of simply suspending him.
But he's also apparently stated he's going to plead not guilty to hitting the kid.

Norway plans 12-hour prime-time TV show of a fireplace
That already happened. It was last week.
That's just norwegian television.
We're cave people, really.
The following story is seriously disturbing. Three boys in a school for special needs children rape a girl in their class. The school administration drops the charges and the police dismisses the case because "victim and attackers have low IQs". Link.
Why Sea Slugs Dispose Of Their Own Penises
I know. It's unbelievable.
I suppose it's a "mental competency" issue...? (I'm not taking sides; I'm not familiar with this story except as to what is posted above.)
You have to read the whole story.
I'm afraid it's not.
BS. If the girl said 'no' it's rape, end of story.
You don't need an extremely high level of cognitive function to understand what "no" means.
To which I agree except for the pesky statutory rape (she said yes, but she was too young to say yes) - I'm off to read the story to get more details before I say anything else. Once again, please note I am not taking any stance here (other than, yes, rape is very wrong).
Edit: I've now read the story and note this:
Okay, THAT changes the end game and clearly, clearly we are not facing a statutory rape case.
This is - words fail me. So "no" no longer means anything if the attackers "don't comprehend 'no' means just that"?
this topic deserves its own thread..I mean geesh...
I actually agree, this is not whacky, it's infuriating.
Professor strips, plays 9/11 vids and attacks stuffed animals in class.
There wasn't much to discuss about it, so I didn't think it warranted its own thread. There have been serious stories in this thread too, so I felt there was a precedent. The qualification is that it's weird or absurd, and that story is certainly unbelievably absurd. I felt the need to share it when I read it, because it angered me, and I did preface the post by writing that it was disturbing.
That is literally one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen.
