I have a magor complant to these boards. They put Alaska as it's own country!!!! Without it USA would only have 49 states! What's with that?!?!?!?!

well, my dad and my mom sure are older then you and they agree with me... well, I would sure rather have bush then al gore! With sep 11, he would have prob freaked out and nothing would have gone okay.

 

Older may at times be wiser but the young can have clearer minds...

Personaly I'm glad we had that missle treaty still in affect during Sept 11. If we hadn't I think Bush would have pushed the button and we'd all be screwed.
Right now I just hope he dosn't kill us with these defence plans he's cooking up.

Well, if al gore was here, he would be crying like a baby doing nothing. He'd probably be saying, "Ah! Look at all the trees they're killing!" or something...

And Bush would not have shot a whole bunch of missles. He's not that much of an idiot. And BTW, if children sometimes have clearer minds, then maybe I'm right!

Do you have IMAX theatres up there? AOTC is going to be released in IMAX on November 1st. Unfortunately I just heard today that in order to show AOTC in IMAX form, they have to cut 23 minutes from the film! GAH! That seems impossible to cut the film by that much to me. I think the story is going to suffer.

IMAX - we have an IMAX cinema in London and they actually showed ATOC there and I did go to see it so was a bit surprised when they announced an IMAX version was coming out. It's not gonna be coming to the UK, or so I've been told but that's OK Can't see how they can cut 23 minutes, but they could probably trim the chase through Coruscant and the battle even more if they had to.

You could try posting a SW poll to get some of the lurkers posting - it's hard to keep momentum going. FF_UK often comes to a halt and requires a bit of a kick
