Where did I say Christmas has nothing to do with religion? I said to me and to others who are not religious it is not a religious festival.. to you it is, to other people who are part of a religion, it is, but to me and other atheists, agnostics, etc it is not.. that is my opinion.

And calling me a hyprocrit and saying I have other failings kinda hurts, Caroline... you've taken this far too personally and have been seeing arguments where there weren't any and have begun to attack me on a personal level, however jovial it is now trying to be glossed over as... this is why I didn't want to post my opinions on this subject just now

Starting to scare myself

I was a Sunday School teacher for many years and saw how organised religion can warp people. I have done some study on quite a few religions to know they are mostly about control more than anything else.

I believe in God. I believe that Jesus came to save us. I dont know about him rising and stuff. I believe there is something after death.
