I.E., CA OK.....

Ok guys I have gotten a lot of feed back from the SD, OC, LA, San Fernando and the Mojave boards so it is a go!!! we dont have a place yet but how does, lets say September 13 work for everyone?

 

like we where talking about today...we have two ideas...one is we can have it @ Crafton, where we (hopefully) will have access to a movie theater to watch some moviesD) we can barbecue there, and it really is a nice spot...or, we can do it someplace in the middle for everyone else... another thought is to have an IE event @ crafton and a all ff's event somewhere else...

 

Well some of the groups are willing to drive out here but as far as place, I dont know where all of them want yet though everyone seems cool for Sep. 13 which by the way is a Saturday!

As long as it's not a Sat I'm good to go. Except the weekends of the 13th and 20th in Sept. (darn away games)

 

I think Crafton Is a bad idea! They will charge us for use of EVERYTHING if we are not an offical campus clup which we are not yet. and even if we are they will still carge ALOT for the equipment! So i think Crafton should be out. The park would be much easier for me to pull off. I am still going to talk to AV guy and maybe we can get away with it but lets not plan on it yet

 

Forgive my blondeness (and being the furthest away from all you guys), but.. where's/what's Crafton?

WHAT!?!?! and crooks works with the mail. I am going to talk to Gino, and if you get the paperwork done by then then it might not be so bad money wise. so i will go in on Monday and see what I can do.
