Anyone in the okanagan, namely the kelowna and westbank area that would be interested in making a fanfilm? We am currently working on a screenplay and are looking for people to fill acting roles and people who have experience in computer effects.

Thankyou for all of your input. This movie will be one of hopefully many that we plan to make. We have re-written classic shakespeare as fictional stories based loosely on the Star Wars Universe. The first film, which we are in the late stages of pre-production, will be the tale of Macbeth. For those of you that may be unfamiliar with the story, it is about a warrior that upon being visited by a prophecy, slowly becomes consumed by the need for power and the lengths to which he must achieve his goals eventually destroy him. Our screenplay is complete and we are now looking for the volunteers to bring this film to completion. Actors at this stage is a must as we are short a few lead roles as well as extra's and experienced cg technicians.

This is an ambitious project, but I am confident that it is attainable in the very near future. If you think you might be able to assist this film, or if you have any thoughts, I would love to hear from you.

For the love of the movies.

I'm currently in Calgary for university but will be home in K-Town from May to the end of August. I have a Jedi costume, and I'd be willing to act in the film. Four years of high school acting enough? I did several lead roles in 15 minute plays, and small roles in big plays: Merriman in Importance of Being Earnest, Sampson in Romeo & Juliet, and Mr. Summey in Dark of the Moon. PM me with info about the fanfilm.
