Alright, boys and girls. This should stimulate conversation a bit. Another top ten list!

This one is for your top ten favorite war movies that take place in the 20th century.

Let's see, I'd have to say my top ten off the top of my head are:

    1. Saving Private Ryan
    2. Enemy at the Gates
    3. Platoon
    4. Three Kings
    5. Full Metal Jacket
    6. Forrest Gump (kind of a stretch, but I think it fits)
    7. Rules of Engagement
    8. Patton
    9. Pearl Harbor (before you start screaming, I am referring to the actual attack scenes only)
    10. Thirteen Days (not a real war movie, but close enough)

    Everyone else?

Oops, I can't believe I forgot Crimson Tide! Probably my favorite Bruckheimer movie, and definitely my favorite submarine one. Hell, it's got James Gandolfini in it!

However, it may be replaced as my favorite Bruckheimer film if Black Hawk Down turns out to be as good as it looks. Ridley Scott, Ewan MacGregor....war? Greatness in the making, if you ask me. Hopefully, it will rock.
